Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, kompetentes mehrsprachiges Personal Preisniveau überteuert. Bei vier Sternen kann erwartet werden, dass z.B. WLAN ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung steht. Ist aber nicht so - WLAN ist nur mit separaten Kosten nutzbar. |

Das Hotel liegt zentral im Stadtzentrum. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz und eine Tiefgarage. Die modernisierten Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Die Küche in den Hotel Restarants ist gut. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und kompetent. Die Preise für nicht modernisierte und Standardzimmer sind unangemessen hoch. |

Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sprachen mehrere Sprachen, Hotel sehr günstig gelegen, Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt Im Zimmer war keine Garderobe, und wenig Möglichkeiten die Kleidungsstücke aufzuräumen |

Besoners reichliches Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal ! In Ihrem System ist das Hotel an einem falschem Punkt in der Karte eingezeichnet. Ich habe den Ausdruck an dem Empfang abgegeben damit es in Ihren Unterlagen korrigiert werden kann- Das Hotelschwimmbad wurde aufgrund eines nationalen Feiertags kurzer Hand morgens nicht geöffnet. Dies sollte in einem internationalem Hotel mit 4 ( ! ) Sternen nicht passieren. |

Non garantisce I servizi di un hotel 4* (camera grande, rinnovata nell'arredamento, etc.) e poi è caro per come si presenta.Anche la colazione non è da hotel di questa caratura. |
