Prostředí. Ochota personálu, okamžitá pomoc personálu. Ve 23hod v noci kdosi v okolních pokojích hrál na hudební nástroj - zřejmě kytara. Odporné preso s mlékem k snídani. Vydal mi ho automat v kavárně, kde se podávají snídaně. Zakouřený vestibul hotelu - kuřáci by měli být ti, kdo musí odejít do jiného prostoru, a ne aby ostatní byli nuceni dýchat tabákové výpary, když se musí zdražet u recepce.

Hotel je pohodlný, personál veľmi ústretový a milý, strava veľmi dobrá a poloha v centre veľmi výhodná. Jediné čo by sa dalo vytknúť: vo welness nahlas pustené rádio, to nie je akurát na relax a odpočinok, odporúčala by som nejaké CD s relaxačnou hudbou možno

Vynikající snídaně Ve 4hvězdičkovém hotelu bych neočekávala, že v pokoji budou fleky na koberci.Pokoj č. 606, předsín v místě před koupelnou. Jinak vše ok, hotel nemá chybku.
