The young man on Reception frequently assisted us during our stay. He was extremely polite, nothing was too much trouble for him and his English was excellent. Breakfast was very good indeed - the food was exceptionally good and there was plenty of choice. I did feel that the cost for the room was rather on the high side, but the hotel and its staff were certainly extremely good. |

Excellent buffet available-wide selection of food and very good. All was fine. We were tracing our family heritage in Ostrava and needed a hotel that was clean and well located. We felt the cost was high but for one night the value was good. |

A good hotel, but over-priced and perhaps over-rated for the small city of Ostrava. Courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet very poor for a hotel that claims a 5-star rating and charges a 5-star price. Room, while good was not 5-star. Had the rating/pricing been 3 to 4 star, then the hotel would have been absolutely fine. |

Very good location just in the city center 2 minutes from the old market. Hotel very clean, price quite low Some equipment in the room was a little worn out, mainly the bathroom, but for that price there.s no need to complain. |

Centrally located, small but nice room ( on the 4th floor), air- conditioned, good restaurant for dinner ( 'Legend') and a Brasserie for breakfast, cheap internet access (ca 6 eur/ day), Minor thing but still: the swimming pool water temperature was far from the advertised +29c :-) |

Besoners reichliches Frühstück und sehr zuvorkommendes Personal ! In Ihrem System ist das Hotel an einem falschem Punkt in der Karte eingezeichnet. Ich habe den Ausdruck an dem Empfang abgegeben damit es in Ihren Unterlagen korrigiert werden kann- Das Hotelschwimmbad wurde aufgrund eines nationalen Feiertags kurzer Hand morgens nicht geöffnet. Dies sollte in einem internationalem Hotel mit 4 ( ! ) Sternen nicht passieren. |
