As a business traveler I like when everything goes right when I arrive to the hotel which was the case. I arrive late and the restaurant was still open with a nice carte. Hotel staff was pleasant, polite and smilly. |

Simplicity to book, clean throughout Pool accupied by a booked groups at the times we wanted to use it. The road works at the entrance caused us a lot of problems trying to get in and out the hotel carpark |

Hotel je velice dobře umístěn v centru města. I přes to, že je v provozu již dlouhou dobu, zachoval si svoji atmosféru a jistě osloví řadu hostů, kteří se rádi vrátí. Personál byl příjemný a služby na odpovídající úrovni. U hotelu této kategorie bych neočekával,že za espresso k snídani budu muset připlácet. Hotelové parkoviště slouží současně i jako veřejné, což vzhledem k omezené kapacitě garáží může představovat problém, neboť hotel je situován ve středu města, kde jsou možnosti parkování omezené. U hotelu této kategorie bz parkování mělo být samostatné. |

Zeer goede locatie (op de rand van de oude stad, naast twee musea en met zicht op stadspark). Ruime parkeergelegenheid (te betalen). Zeer correcte maar enigszins koele bediening. |

El trato del personal, tuvimos un problema con al facturación y lo resolvieron con mucha amabilidad. El desayuno en particular y la habitación que nos dieron en particular, estaban por encima del precio de la reserva. El parking a 7€/día tiene un precio muy razonable |

Nous avons bien aimé le repas du soir et le petit déjeuner, très bien servis et très bons. Le personnel a été très gentil et attentif. Le parking devant l'hôtel est bien pratique. La chambre était un peu petite, pour une étape d'une nuit on pouvait s'en accomoder. |
