Just in the middle of old town with view at the castle and parc on one side and the whole town on the other side. 1 min to the main square, shopping, restaurants etc. Huge parking facilities, 2 restaurants, nice bar, shop boutique, very moderne and clean. Pitty that the bar does not use the piano. The piano is there and nobody is playing. It would be nice to have some piano evenings, at least for weekends. The infrastructure enables also a little group, P.ex. To play jazz etc.

In a good location. Very clean and staff helpful. Room too hot when we arrived and air conditioning only worked when room occupied. Bath very small and glass shower screen got in the way. Music that played at breakfast time was not appropriate

The location is pretty central and it's unusual (but great) to find a hotel with pool, sauna, massage, etc. Room clean, comfortable and bright. Breakfast is a bit limited but in line with cee standards. Otherwise everything fine although the trainee at reception spoke very bad English and didn't understand part of what I said. Price is on the high side for cz.

our stay was excellent we had booked a double room and was moved to the tenth floor which was beautiful,very happy with the service,excellent.

Good hotel in a great location for down town city life. Very close to very good bars and resaurants. On a good tram service. Walking distance (20 mins) to BVV Exhibition site. Good health spa - with great Steam Room - but could improve the Sauna. Breakfast Egg Chef a little slow!

Overall not bad, apart from the below :) It is generally too hot in the hotel and in the rooms, the aircon does not work properly and cannot cool the rooms down so then you open the window but then in the winter it is often too cold to leave it open all night long. Not comfortable. The other problem was the glass shower semi-curtain - a useless gadget. Expect a flooded bathroom, unless you take a bath instead of a shower. Wi-Fi sometimes fails and most people end up borrowing a cable for the room but trying to use it in public areas is a nuisance. Overall too expensive compared to standard.
