I'd say perfect price for stay in Prague, it's really old hotel in industrial zone with let's say strange staff, but on the other hand inside of the room it was clean, big enough and with everything what you need for stay..
Staff was good and helpful. The room were spacious with heating option. The bathrooms were clean. The wi-fi was good.
The room I stayed in, probably, wasn't opened for a long time, hence was a bit stinky. I had to wait for a long time at the reception as there was a no show. Television showed only 4 channels, a big turn off when you have to spend some leisure time in the room.
Room service, reception service, Internet wifi, staff behaviour, cleaness, building.
wi-fi in the room good price
old-fashion rooms no TV no soap to wash hands mold in the bathroom
Perfect location, very close to the O2 Arena. For this purpose it is perfect. Wife forgot a coat in the room, staff found it and the coat is back home again, Thank you.
elevator is bit scary, little bit difficult to find the Hotel entrance
I had already recommend it!
Elevator is bad There is no Sound proof at all Check out at 11...
big, clean and comfortable bed, nice bathroom
problem with parking, wifi very poor, in our room we have a door to adjacent hotel room (locked, but we heard guests)
Everything else - seriously all I had was a bed and a table with curtains and a dodgey shower! The toilet flush kept breaking and there were no side lights to read in bed. No TV, no phone, no room service, no refreshments. Also, receptionists are taking tips from dodgey taxi drivers who then charge the earth!
Close to Public transport Close to Shopping center
No minibar No sat channels
As expert of the city of Prague, I came to this quiet place as one of the best quality/price ratio. When I checked-out, due to inattention I forgot to pick my jacket in the room and they kindly keep it until I came there to take it back.
Nothing to complain
By metro to the city center 10 minutes. Near metro. Near shopping center. Wi Fi worked perfectly, good speed. The bed is comfortable. Huge pillows))) There is a hairdryer.
Not very clean. Dust on the table in the room. Dust in the bath on a heated towel rail. In the bathroom no soap.
cheap located in 5 min from metro funny elevator
small parking old towels, linens
- if you do not follow any diat - the breakfast was ok - the upper rooms of the hotel are rather nice and clean - personnel stuff was rather polite - th hotel is not far away from the metro stop
- the hotel needs some renovation, specially the lift and the reception room. - internet did not function properly - even if the hotel is just 5 minutes away from the metro stop - it is very difficult to find it. nobody knows it.
Comfortable and quite Great breakfast
Wi-fi doesn't works well Far away from touristic area
The Ceskomoravska subway station is no more than a 5 minute walk from the hotel, and it leaves you in the center in no time. There's also a bus terminal in the station. The Czech transportation network works really well, so don't be afraid to stay a bit farther from the center. The hotel looks really dated. It deserves a renovation, because it could be a lot better. The staff seemed nice and were accommodating enough. The room was comfortable, and we slept well, which is the more important to us in all of this. This is a good hotel if you are on a budget. Don't expect much and you'll be fine. There's a clean bed and a hot shower waiting for you.
The noise right outside our window really early in the morning. And the obvious need for some renovations.
Cheep, near the subway, parking
hard to find,
The receptionist aren't kind, I forgot my charger in the room and when I called them to let them check it if it is there she said that she'll call me bsck but she didn't. Thanks.
The stuff there is very nice and the cocktail in the bar is amazing.
+ Near to metro station + Nice stuff
- Price (more than said booking.com) - Bugs in the bathroom - View - Extra paid parking - Neighbourhood
Receptionist was helpful.
Hotel was far away from the city (Praha 9) and still the hotel charged City-Tax (don't make sense). Room lights were not working and the staff wasn't helpful which made me call Booking.com to find a solution. Shower didn't have hot water in the morning and when I went to complain to Manager he/she wasn't there. It was 9 in the morning so I wasn't that late . Even the couple next door wanted to complain but no use. I would recommend staying in a hotel nearby the main city as you can almost get the same price as this one.
It was very clean,
A bit far from prague city center.
Cheap and easy to find.
Common CR for two rooms. Broken lock of CR. Far from the center.
I found a deal booking this place for three nights and while I didn't know it at the time it has ended up being the best deal in all of our travels in central-east Europe. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, with tv and internet. I recomend trying to book for 3 nights or more because the price goes down considerably and it only a 15 min tram ride to the center and the trams run very frequently and consistantly. Lidle is very close but there is no kitchen. We didnt book breakfast it seemed expensive
