The room is big, the Internet is free and the Wi-Fi works very well from the room. The hotel is very close to the city center (5 minutes walk) and not too far from Pilsener Urquell, so it is very easy to get to all tourist attractions. The breakfast is simple but OK. |

Friendliness of staff, nice clean big room, quiet location in center of the city, parking facility ok, sports ground in front of building;) Breakfast was not bad though limited and a bit too early; there was a bit slow reaction on problems with hot water provision (I informed staff saturday morning, proposition to change room was on sunday evening, which was the night before departure) |

Good hotel, 7 minutes walking to the city center. Pilsen is a safe city, then you can go walking everywhere. Good breakfast! and parking is free and with CCTV. Close to supermarket and McDonalds Nothing! |

I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel was so close to the downtown shopping area. My fiance and I were able to just walk across the bridge and go shopping instead of having to drive everywhere. |

The location is ideal - you are able to walk anywhere in town from the hotel without being right downtown. Could not use the free internet. Secure network but staff did not know how to access it if not a Czech computer. |

Ha una posizione molto comoda al centro città, dispone di area gratuita di parcheggio ed è vicino ad un centro commerciale La camera è costruita con materiali molto economici, ma è decorosa. Laspetto negativo consiste nel fatto che il letto non è ne confortevole ne igienico. Cuscini, coperte e materasso sono in meteriale sintetico che fa sudare molto. E' costruito in modo che il materasso non può traspirare perchè appoggiato su una plancia di matreriale plastico (melaminico) priva di fori. A riprova di ciò, rigirando il materasso, si può vedere sulla faccia inferiore un enorme macchia di muffa grigia, dovuta all'accumulo di sudore dei vari ospiti. Ciò arreca parecchio disagio e rischi igienici. In oltre la pulizia in camera viene eseguita sommariamente. |
