Two very useful tramlines for public transport. Nearby Mcdonalds and Tesco.... One sole receptionist, who was exceptional amidst the hotel staff in being trying to be helpful amidst a totally useless bunch of staff.. she was clearly swimming against the tide - poor thing! Asked the barman for some boiling water for my aged parents and he refused point blank - Worst Hotel experience I ever encountered across ~150 hotels I have stayed around the world. Dirty cutlery with previous coffee remains and a sticker on spoon in the good end - kept as ready to be used in the buffet table - I had to reuse my cutlery as I could not find a clean one despite a good search. Absolutly indifferent staff across the board, treating all guests as school kids out with a sports team. I would not give them any star rating. |

Clean, very well furnished, everything is new and well done. Very friendly staff. A real deal. The room prices at the front desk were three times higher then the ones on booking. com so that is a plus for those who had the rooms already booked and a surprise for those who haven't. |

The rooms had a very good price, were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, a large choice and plenty of everything. It was a bit far from the city centre but as the centre was easily accessible by tram we found it was no problem at all. |

It was an excellent hotel. It really is a 4 stars hotel. And the bad...is...oahhhhhh....so great. the big surprize for my husband when we got to the hotel was that it was near to slavia praga football team so he went to the game. it is not so close to the center but the tram it is so closed, maybe 2 minutes, maximum 5, and u take the 22 tram and leave you right in center...u have a macdonald right near the hotel, also u have a hypermarket about 3 minutes, and it is opened non stop....if i return to prague for sure i'll stay here.... the only thing I didn't liked was that I stood there 4 days and have not changed the bad not even once. In 4 days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! For a 4 stars hotel i think they had to do it daily, not after u check out. this is not sa good for the hotel. |

The hotel is so nice, clean room, nice breakfast and good staff and close to a shopping center just 3 mins walk. There is a free parking in front of the hotel. It is quite far from the centrum around 25-30 mins by Tram but the tram station is just 300 meters from the hotel. |

Cleanness and breakfast which was acceptable. The staff were polite and helpful. هتل تمیز بود و کارکنانش هم مودب بودند صبحانه هم قابل قبول بود. although the location were close to the tram station but it takes more than 15min to city center. There was no supplimentals in the bathrooms. هتل نزدیک ایستگاه قطار برقی بود ولی بیش از 15 دقیفه با مرکز شهر فاصله داشت. در حمام هم به جز صابون و شامپو چیزی نبود |

The hotel offers a pretty good value for money, the rooms, at first glance, seem to be modern, although the technology used is more or less beneath standard (TV system is horrible to use). The worst part of the whole experience was the staff. It was impossible to talk to them, they just spoke according to a certain scenario. Their English level is beneath what is considered acceptable for someone working in the tourism business. |

The room was well designed, breakfast was fine. Though I chose the hotel for its location close to my meeting, it is quite far from the city centre for anyone interested in the sites. I asked about restaurants at reception and was told that the Tesco across the road was open 24hours. Found out following day, there was a restaurant a 10minute walk down the road. |

New, modern hotel Overview on booking.com states, that there is Wi-Fi available for free in every room, but the truth is, that Wi-Fi is available only in public areas!!! I was very unhappy about this. |

It is a new, comfortable hotel. I liked the position of the hotel, it's very quite neighbourhood, and near by the city centre. Hotel was full of the students, and noisy in the night. Staff did not do anything to correct it. |

Located outside the city center but with good public transport connection to it. Friendly staff, nice breakfast buffet. Detailed cleaning! Overall impression of cleanliness was given, but in detail the room was not really clean. |

There is nothing special in this hotel. It's just that it is a hotel type (not a tiny one) in fact. It is a good value for money if you do not intend to sit in the hotel. All I did there was sleep and bathe. For this purpose I would say it is very good. It's also very handy in terms of transport. 4 stops by bus (#136) to get to the flora station (metro) which literally stop in front of the hotel. |

Comfort; location (near to sports facilities we were using); staff friendliness - nothing was too much trouble. Bar closed early at 10pm; lack of fitness facilities |
