Brezplačno parkiranje in dobre povezave z javnim prevozom do centra mesta. Dobra cena, glede na last-minute rezervacijo.

Soba v petih dneh bivanja ni bila niti enkrat pospravljena, zamenjane so bile samo brisače. Prav tako ni bilo toaletnega papirja, ki so ga dostavili šele po večkratnem opozorilu. Enoličen zajtrk. To ni hotel s štirimi zvezdicami.

Good location, no problem with parking, free wifi, very good ratio value/money, clean rooms

Its located on football stadium and is a bit noisy while game is on. A/C didn't heated and there was a bit cold during my stay. One evening, somebody threw up in the elevator and they cleaned it hours later. The elevator was uninhabitable for long time after.

Nice rooms, good location

Good location, shopping mall is near. In generally, all was fine excluding reception...

Awful reception. They always haven't known anything. For example they told like "mmm... I don't know. Mmm... you have a price in the room. You have to return to the room and see it by yourself" Terrible queue for checkin\checkout

All staffs are good and friendly. Also, good for football fans as it is located exactly at the Slavia Prague Stadium.

A bit far away from the city.(It is acceptable anyway)

Perfect check-in. Hotel easy to find, large available parking, nice staff. The hotel is very beautiful, both from outside and inside, and the tub in the bathroom was huge.

After arrival, staff was cold and rude. They reply to requests in a bad English and unwillingly. Among other things, I think it's absurd that a 4 star hotel has not available an adapter for wall outlets; the receptionist told me: "Go to buy it" at midnight!!! The room was cleaned up only the first day. On request, they told me that the housekeepers work until evening, so it was still to be reordered but they have done "immediately". Half an hour later I was still waiting for someone to come, so I went to get hold of the two towels clean and we left everything as it was. Honestly it's the worst service of a 4 star I've ever had in my life.

The hotel was clean and easy to access and had good transport links to the various sightseeing destinations.

It's classed as a four star hotel. Though the hotel was of a good standard I don't think the four star is justified.

Good breakfast and bar. Multilingual and correct staff.

Night fire alarm Problems with water.

Nothing at all. The worst travelling experience ever! Hostile staff, smelling room, no water, absolutely bad approach .. No customer service... Just never again, happy to stay only one night.

Everything here was bad- terrible and hostile staff, smelling room, not working tv, not working ac, loundness from street and corridors, doesn't look like on the pictures!

Stuff in not friendly and have make a lot on their behave. Location in near of shopping center, but with train you need 30 min to old town

Very tasty breakfast, beautiful and clean rooms, polite and helpful staff.

The hotel located a little far from the city center. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the center. We were 2 adults and one child in triple room - on my opinion the room was small. The third bed is connected to (hanged on ) the wall, and when you open it, it is almost blocks the passage to the bathroom.

everything is perfect. the hotel deserves absolutely 10 points :) going to the city center just 10 minutes takes from the stop slavia where located the hotel and after midnight it is possible to come to the hotel by night trams number 55,57 every 30 minutes take you to the hotel until 5.00 am. the recepsionist girl was very helpful and so lovely i think her name is jana...

The location was only 15 mins from centre. A large shopping mall next door.

windows did not open and the view was in to an enclosed square pod with minimum light so room was dark even with lights on - also to hot with windows not opening.

Good price

-There was a promotion on the price, so it was a good deal for our 4 people. -Good located with a parking -Staff feels concern by your issues and does the maximum to help. (important in a city with other language)

Entering or coming out of the bath there nothing you can attach yourself to help you. It's rather high and my wife who is a little handicap needed help. Usually she is autonom.

Staff was ok, the room was very clean and beautiful. The hotel was really nice. It was well-positioned close to trams that took you close to the center. Across the street was Eden Mall which was really nice for eating and buying beer. Would definitely stay there again.

One of the lamps next to the bed was not working, the double bed was made up of two single beds which made it less comfortable. It didn't really have the facilities of a 4 star hotels like swimming pool and fitness center but I guess this is the regular 4 star level in Prague.

The location

The breakfast was always the same. The bread was sponzy. The curtans were dirty just as the linnen. I had to ask three times to fix the TV. After THREE days it was fixed (changing batteries)

We booked a double room for three nights, but a massive and dirty room was allocated to us on the first night, it was very uncomfortable. Reception said we could change it on the next day, however, it seems that they are not willing to help us to change it and kept saying there are no room available on the next day. Finally after a long argument, we got a nice and clean double room. Such a waste of time, since they have a double room but just hold it for some reasons.

Close to the tram station, which connect with the main place of interest within 30 min. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, which has a big 24h*7day supermarkt and many other shops.

From the size of the room, the breakfast, the cleaness of the tower/sheet/bed, I would like to say the hotel is a false 4-star hotel. It really should be 2 or 3 star hotel.
