Very conveniently situated, very helpful staff took us to a restaurant we could not find one evening.

Very hot central heating, loud music around 18.30 in courtyard just when you are having a pre-dinner sleep!

Excellent value for money. Location was perfect and staff were very helpful and pleasent. Services and facilities were excellent.

Breakfast is very poor.

This hotel has perfect location, just 1 minute to Old Square, and 5-7 minutes to Charles Bridge. Breakfast was good, breakfast room is very cozy. Deluxe room was huge (comparing to other hotels in Europe), clean and cozy. The staff was nice and helpfull. Overall - everything about this hotel was just perfect.

Excellent location on the very charming Michalska Street - close to the action on Old Town Square, but relatively quiet considering the location. Loved the very generous size of our "royal suite" and the historic decorator touches (painted ceiling murals) combined with modern convenience (an elevator). Staff was helpful but unobtrusive. Recommend the Country Life vegetarian restaurant and store across the street, and the excellent "Blue Duckling" (u Modre Kachnicky) traditional game restaurant also on Michalska. Had read other complaints about the minimal breakfast, but we found it quite adequate, also appreciated the coffee & tea service and refrigerator in our suite.

Didn't much like the construction noise and disruption going on in the street or hotel courtyard, but it was a minor inconvenience. Main thing I didn't like was the quality of the mattress - inexpensive, hard, lack of support. However, staff willingly brought an extra duvet when requested.

I liked everything about the hotel except we could get limited television programs each evening. Also, we decided to check out 1 day early and was charged a early departure fee which I believe is unreasonable.

Location is excellent,only a short walk from the center of the city.Where our room was,no noise at night, for a city center,was great.Breakfast buffet had a good choice,something for everyone I would think.

Just a small thing really,mostly due to the shape of the room,the shower head was not high enough,so you had to hold the shower in your hand to get your hair washed.

For me this hotel has the feeling of the Middle Ages, however pls do not worry what is real or "look-a-like". Very good breakfast, nice premises for that as well. Location is just gorgeous. Very spacious room. Nice bath tube. Good bed. Staff is relevantly nice, polite and helpful with very good English skills. Definitely worth of staying.

Not a great luxury. Anyway not too far away from luxury hotel either. Perhaps 4.5 stars would be enough. Not relatively cheap one, but with this location in Prague and with this level, it cannot be cheaper elsewhere either. However the tiny finalizing touch of luxury is still missing.

Excellent location walking distance to most sights except castle and St Vitus cathedral.Room was very clean.

Superb location in very quiet place steps from historical and shopping centre. Maximum friendly and professional staff. Big rooms, well equipped.

Quality of renovation is averege. Choice of meals at breakfest is suitable for short stays only.

Отель отличный. Расположен в самом центре старого города, но при этом в очень тихом и уютном месте. Спали с открытыми окнами - никакого шума. Персонал очень приветливый. Номер (суперлюкс) очень хорош: просторный, высоченные потолки, светлый.

der Service, die ungeschulten Mitarbeiter, vor allem aber: das Frühstück war eine Frechheit: im dunklen, ungemütlichen, schlecht ausgestatteten Souterrain serviert, kaum Auswahl an Speisen und die Speisen, die es gab, waren zum Teil schlecht (kalte, aber flüssige Eier), die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksservice sprachen weder Deutsch noch Englisch, außer dem schlechten Kaffee mussten Kaffeegetränke (Espresso, Cappuccino, etc.) selbst bezahlt werden (zu völlig überteuerten Preisen!), Beschwerden und Anfragen wurden quasi nicht beachtet; das Hotel ist einfach schlecht geführt
