Hotel Jalta

Výborné stravování a dobré služby.

Neodpvídající cena,průměrný hotel svým zařízením, špinavý koberec,nekvalitní lůžko.....Porovnávám s 3hvězdč. hotely v severských zemích ad..

vubec se mi nelibilo že jsem platil za superior room ale dali mi normalni pokoj , a ješte řekli ,že je to superior room, na konec jsem zjistil , od jineho resepčniho že to je standart room ,

pan resepčni kterymu jsem se rano ptal ,jake mam typ pokoju apodival se napočitač a jasně mi řekl že je to standardni room , kydž jsem mu ukazoval rezarvaci na superior room, začal hledat lepši pokoj a když zjistil žě nema nic , tak delal že nekam vola a jak potvrzuje jake mame typ pokoju a položil telefon tim že mame nadstandardni pokoj tak podle naši rezarvaci .takhle nas zbavil.

The staff in Jalta were very friendly, courteous and helpful. Enoyed great breakfast and we also dined in the restaurant and had a really lovely meal. Nice touch with plates of apples in corridors! Hotel is very central and we walked to all the tourist attractions. We will return to this hotel.

A great welcome,local information was instant,and couldnt be more helpfur. Brekfast was fantastic. Smoking rooms should be available in all hotels like the Jalta

No, everything was excellent, especially the food and service in the bar/ restuarant area.

The room was very comfortable, warm and well appointed. The en-suite facilities were excellent. The front of house staff were very helpful and informative. It was well situated to walk to the old town and not too noisy. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.

It would have been cood to have tea and coffee facilities in our room.

Great location - shopping nearby and only a short walk to the wonderful Old Town Square and historic bits. Nice modern hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast and even a glass of fizz on arrival!Great view of Wenceslas Square from the balcony. Really good base to see the city from.

Despite being called superior the rooms are just basic doubles and could really do with a bit of a facelift. The bed was really sqidgy and felt past it's best! No tea/coffee making facilities either which I really missed.A full length mirror would also have been useful!

The hotel staff were friendly and the hotel was spotless. Non Alcoholic drinks were free in your rooms mini bar. Nice view of city from our Balcony.

The only thing i could complain about was that the heating system was too hot for us!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Eric on reception. The rooms were very nice, and the hotel itself was very central. The buffet breakfast was excellent. I have been to Prague three times now, and this was the nicest hotel I have stayed in.

Restaurant , Breakfast

We reserved `Super Double Room/Suite-Culture Package`. Actually we stayed `Super Double Room` and my room was not street view. This package include `transfer from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport`. We imaged limousine. But it is not just as we imagined.

Hotel Jalta is in a great location easily accessable to the cultural sites of Prague, the hotel is comfortable with a great resturant and bar area with live music each night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff

Great position, friendly staff, very effiicient service. Plus, it had an ever-replenishing stock of apples in the corridor areas.
