Hotel was well located for eating out, night life, sightseeing,very safe area. Near trams, train station.Breakfast was excellent at hotel.Staff were very helpful Small charge made to my credit card not advised of this when I checked out. Reception confirmed to me on check out that I had no extras which was the position. Awaiting an explaination and refund |

The offer of green apples on plates on the hallways, which was a nice touch. The central air conditioning which could not be adjusted ( thermostat deffective).The fact that we had to move into a poorer quality suit because they accomodate a family with 5 kids on top of us which disturbed us with their noise. They got our car and placed it into a garage, without mentioning the cost of this parking in advance, as if it was included. In reality it was huge. They called a special cab to pikj us up which was very expensive ,with a fixed rate, when they couold let us get a cab almost in front or across from the hotel with a regular meter. The service in the restaurant of the hotel was non-existant.They served breackfast on tables covered with white paper on top of table cloths which seemed to as awful and extremely cheap |

It was very sentral. So we didn't once use transport, we walked to all the sights:) Besides the zoo. It was best to use the metro then... They had only news channels in english, and movies were expensive to buy. They should have more channels. |

It is superbly situated in Prague close to all major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful and our accommodation included breakfast which was an excellent buffet. |

The Room was so luxurious & the hotel location was bang in the center of all action. The Forex service at the hotel did not charge any commission - so dont bother changing your Euros anywhere else. The staff was very helpful. |
