The seats in the restaurant at breakfast need to be refurbished.

Staff was so helpful and courteous. Room was very comfortable. Overall very good experience.

Fitness center was under renovation.

Nothing not to like

The staff were all very helpful and very freindly we wre given free champange while having a drink in the bar which was nice as it waas my birthday... Not that they knew that but it was still very nice... Great location too...Very clean and the buffet breakfast was also very nice... I also liked the fact that it had a non-smoking policy, great vaue for money will definetly recommend this hotel to freinds and family 100% satisfied.

There is nothing I didn't like about this hotel!

The setting was lovely, the area was very central, able to find our way around Prague from hotel. Room was clean , kept tidy by the friendly staff on each morning. The reception staff were great, very professional and helpfull. We got them to order a Taxi to airport, although you are told to use only aaa or 111 taxis. I assume this unmarked taxi must do work for the Jalta, anyway he charged roughly the same and was nicer than the aaa taxi we used from airport . Breakfast was great lots of choice and the girls on we're again friendly . Highly recommend Jalta. Will use it next time I'm in Prague.

Only one problem and it was restaurant Como. My daughter who lives in Prague and her boyfriend joined my friend and I for dinner on our second night in Prague. Food was good , although we got much nicer and better value in other restaurants as we stayed 5 nights . The waiter was unfriendly so off course this ruined the general ambience as we did not feel comfortable. When checking out of the hotel we spoke with Paul about this and then we went out for a while , when we came back he give us a voucher and said he was sorry and they would look into it. We had already paid our bill and were not expecting anything . We just wanted to let the hotel know of this . So that was very nice .

Parking might be a problem, the hotel staff will park your car but to stop in front of the hotel is a problem. There is no drop of zone.

Excellent breakfast but no gym as advertised (was being renovated?). Good location on Wenceslas Square

Felt our bedroom was v small for a "four star " hotel. Also the central heating could not be turned down and the room was far too hot. Had to open the window each night in order to sleep! Very surprized that a four star hotel had no guest lounge (which we needed as out train left Prague late at night.

The hotel was close to the main square in the city and close to all major shops. The old town is a few minutes walk away. The area is very safe - even at night. We had a bit of a issue regarding our account payment, but it was dealt with in the highest form of professionalism (thanks Paul)!! We were given the best advice and service for all trips and excursions around Prague right at the hotel - as well as assistance in local train schedules. The breakfast has got a wide range of selections and of high quality.

The hotel is a bit run down and in need of some renovation. The rooms facing inwards (not towards the square) looks out on a bunch of really weary looking buildings and you will definately be keeping the curtains closed. I enjoyed staying at Jalta and really appreciated the good service there, but next time in Prague I will rather opt for a hotel closer to the old town. Preferably a hotel with more of the old charm character Prague has to offer. This hotel is highly recommended if you are looking to be close to all major shopping in the city though!

The sink was kind of blocked which made the water take time to pass down. The kettle was awfully dirty inside. The room we were given was very small and didn't match our expectation.

Very nice hotel, great location on Wenceslas square. Of course we spent most of the day exploring Old Town and other parts of the city, but it was always nice to return home to the hotel.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, the rooms were comfortable and very clean, Great value for money.

A couple of mistakes made by the hotel concierge. We had arranged a transfer from the airport via the hotel, this was forgotten so we had to wait at the airport whilst another was arranged, the hotel did discount this by way of an apology. Having been advised by the hotel to book a table in the restaurant in advance as it is very popular, a table was booked 3 weeks in advance. When we arrived at the restaurant there was a private function on so was closed to hotel guests, we had to get changed again to go out and brave the sub zero temperatures, but when we got back there was a bottle of sparkling wine on ice in the room. Whilst none of this had a massive effect on how I would rate the hotel it was a little dissappointing,

Location of the hotel is in the city center, close to some of tourism objects, restaurants, public transport, banks, and safe. All employees serving with friendly and quick.

Less comfortable on the night, as about 50 meters from the hotel lot to offer entry to watch the striptease, even a little pushy.
