Perfect location, a few hundred meters from Charles Bridge and the main attractions. The appartment was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. Check-out was at 11:00 but you can storage your staff and car in the garage by 17:00.

We had a two bedroom apartment. 4 adults. Rooms were huge, we felt like we had so much space. Location was excellent for us. We felt like we were perfectly placed with a slight walk to some areas. Reception staff was excellent too. Always helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean. Not a single issue. Reception team arranged our airport pickup and drop off - that was seamless. We spoke to other people during our stay who had made their own way and most people seemed to have issues. Our driver was waiting exactly where they said he would be and again for return journey (all our travel times were out of hours too so I was nervous it wouldn’t go to plan).

This hotel is located in a gorgeous part of the city. You can see Petrin Hill from the room, Prague Castle from the street, and Charles Bridge is within easy walking distance. There are numerous shops and restaurants surrounding the hotel and the tram stop is just outside. The staff was extremely helpful, even when we arrived later than expected due to a delayed train, thereby causing them to stay past their open hours. The rooms are enormous, full of light, clean, and beautiful. I visit Prague every year, but this is the first time I brought my children and they enjoyed having a separate room to sleep in. I will never stay anywhere else in Prague again!

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the west side (fewer tourist traps) of Charles Bridge and close to the castle. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, The person at reception was the owner; he takes pride in his hotel and his work; he gave excellent advice for transport, touring and dining; the reception is not staffed 24 hours but has reasonable hours of operation and in a pinch the owner can come to the hotel (he's a phone call away). Highly recommended.

Great hotel location and very nice staff. They have their own car parking (30€/day). Duplex apartment is huge. Hassle free check-in and check-out. Very comfortable beds. All in all I recommend this place for a few days stay in Prague.
