Very nice and causy hotel not far away from Ostrava-centre, quiet surrounding, lot of sport activities (tennis, soccer...), very friendly staff breakfast a bit small - but acceptable |

I liked the fact it was out of the mainstream of the city but close enough that a taxi was cheap into the City. The location was superb and the staff more then helpful. It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. My room was a little hot and no air conditioning. Therefore had to sleep with windows open and got bitten numerous times by mosquitos. But not a great problem and certainly did not spoil my stay. |

Very nice dedicated staff, comfortable room with balcony, silent surroundings, great service and food in the restaurant (I recommend grilled dishes), free of charge internet and enough big car park. There is no air condition in the room. Making reservation for weekend, check there is a wedding reception or other kind of party. At night can be in a bit loud in the corridor. |

Nice clean hotel which is outside of the city. Rather close to a trainline, during nights no problem but in the morning outside it was a bit noisy. |

The hotel staff is very cooperative and very kind. I can say I was treated as a queen there. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I was brought a kind of complimentary cookies upon arrival which made very nice impression. There is a small gym, infrared sauna whirpool and solarium. All can be used against extra pay along with massages. The restaurant is very nice and food is excellent,free Wifi. In the wellness area I did not like the fact that gym sauna etc are separate only by curtains, all are located on a passage way to heating installation and staff was passing the second time I used the sauna. Location of hotel is not very close to center and not communicative area, no ATM etc around.Kitchen of restaurant closes at 10:00 pm so in case of late arrival, no options for food in and arou |
