It's smack in the centre of Prague - therefore ideal for wandering around the old town Well it's basic - for those who like their comforts - look elsewhere. And Wenceslas Square flips from "pleasant enough" to "seedy underside" at around 10pm |

Excellent location. Breakfast was very nice. One night one of the tenants was very loud for a long time. Your staff was no longer on the premises so it was hard to remedy this situation. |

Hotel muy bien ubicado. Cuando fue renovado debe haber sido muy bueno, hoy las habitaciones tienen un aspecto lamentable, no existe implementaciòn alguna, llegamos a las 21 hrs. de acuerdo a la reserva y la habitaciòn la entregaron a las 01:00 am. No estaba preparada. Mala experiencia. Todo fue conversado con las personas de la recepciòn y nos hicieron una rebaja como compensacion en la tarifa |

Godt utstyrt leilighet. Det var stille der. Våre venner hadde store leiligheter med 3 soverom og god plass til en stor familie eller en vennegjeng. Dette lå 100 m nede i gaten. God frokost på en resturant ved siden av. Personale kunne lite engelsk. Sjekk kjøleskapet når rommet ikke har vært brukt på en stund, da det hadde gått på avvising når vi kom, og vann utover gulvet. Vi ga beskjed, men de gjorde ingenting - vi måtte ta oss av det. Spartansk seng. Ikke god lås i altandør, det er uttrygt. Var ikke varmt vann når vi kom, og det tok lang tid før det kom. |

Localisation impécable Le coin cuisine n'était pas très propre (vaisselle, tiroirs et placards). Mais pour nous, ce ne fut qu'un détail car la plupart du temps, nous avons mangé à l'extérieur. Nous avons trouvé la formule très interessante et avons apprécié de pouvoir se retrouver le soir dans l'appart hotel pour boire un café, jouer aux cartes. Dans un hôtel, cela n'aurait pas été possible. |

Niente, avevo prenotato per 4 notti e sono andata via dopo la prima Tutti, nel complesso. l'edificio è quasi fatiscente, senza illuminazione e la colazione quasi inesistente e per di più in un locale esterno! |

Die großzügigen Apartments, das Frühstück und die Lage haben uns gut gefallen! Die Apartments waren sehr schön, aber die Betten ganz furchtbar! Es gab keinen Nachtportier.Beschwerden waren daher nicht möglich!Eine engl.Reisegruppe machte uns den Aufenthalt zur Qual!Nur betrunken, extrem laut und agressiv wenn man sie darauf ansprach. Außerdem blieben Nachts zwei unserer Gruppe im Fahrstuhl stecken und kein Nachtportier vor Ort,so dass der Nachtportier des Nachbarhotels helfe |

Stadtnähe, allerdings ca. 400 m vom Wenzelsplatz entfernte Appartements gebuchte Zimmer nicht verfügbar, Ersatz nicht gleichwertig, Preisnachlaß nach zähen Verhandlungen, Geld sollte wie vereinbart bar gezahlt werden, aber ich mußte erst Rechnung bestehen, keine Zimmerreinigung in 7 Tagen, immer neue Ausreden (kein Schlüssel, dann ließen wir die eigenen Schlüssel, dennoch keine Reinigung) defekter Waschbeckenabfluß, nur 1 Schlüssel für 5 Personen, |
