It's smack in the centre of Prague - therefore ideal for wandering around the old town Well it's basic - for those who like their comforts - look elsewhere. And Wenceslas Square flips from "pleasant enough" to "seedy underside" at around 10pm |

Excellent location. Breakfast was very nice. One night one of the tenants was very loud for a long time. Your staff was no longer on the premises so it was hard to remedy this situation. |

we booked a room for 8 persons and were given a very large apartment which suited us very as there was plenty of space with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets we could not have chosen better although we booked in a jep we were shown to another apartment block just around the corner (turned out great apartment) but would have liked to know in advance we were not actually in jep itself |

It was an excellent location within walking distance of all the main attractions of Prague The staff were very friendly and helpful . The accommodation was well supplied to make my stay comfortable and I had a great time The sheets had seen better days but this was not a problem as they were clean as was the apartment. |

The person on reception at the Apartments that we stayed in was very helpful when asked for some information on metro / close to tourist area and metro. Moved to apartment on main street / Part of blind missing and difficult to sleep with light coming into room. |

Good location to tourist areas and convenient to metro / spacious apartment Poor breakfast /had to wait over an hour to get lock on door fixed when couldn't initially get in / sofas in lounge needed cleaning and all 3 of us got have insect bite marks from stay. |

Being in central part of Prague,no need to use car Very noisy,for 2 nights unable to sleep due to wild parties going on in hotel, no reception clark at night,nobody available to remind wild guests to be quiet after 11:00 P.M. |

we were alarmed to read recent reviews prior to visiting jep hotel but were pleasently suprised at what we got for our money. the staff were pleasant and helpful,the apartment was well equiped, spacious and clean. what people need to remember is this is a budget hotel offering apartment accommodation --- and a good one at that! some people maybe expect to pay budget prices to get 5* accom |
