The location, the roof-terrace and the space. Our apartment was on the top of the building and very quiet, although it was located along a very busy street. |

location Rude staff. Charged us £200 extra " because of exchange rate". We booked 2 rooms for 12 of us and got 1 room for 12 with 1 key between us all. |

Location right on Wenceslas Square, easy to come and go as we pleased. Good spacious rooms. Only 1 set of keys per apartment - between 4 and 7 people staying in each gave us some problems! |

The large size of the rooms. Apartments can be very noisy, located right above a restaurant and in an area where vacationers come and go at all times of the night! |

*Continued from below. The restaurant downstairs was noisy and loud. If the apartment had been great, we wouldn't have minded the noise. The manager told us on on our 3rd day there a workman would replace the balcony door handle but he would have to remove the door! I said no! I had to ask for toilet paper when we arrived and thereafter. We were given only one key for 3 people. The handle was missing to the balcony door. On Sunday I asked to have it fixed. We had to keep it closed with a wrench. It wasn't safe to leave it open with the balcony accessible to others. There was black mold in the bathtub/shower, no knob on the shower. The refrigerator was filthy. The floors were unclean. The closet was downstairs and the beds on a loft upstairs. Very inconvenient.* |

clean and near to everything the hotel had no credit at the breakfest restaurant so every morning it was hard to get it. |

its not 5 star but for a lads weekend or stag do its in the middle of everything and worked out at £20 a night with breakfast - what else do you want? bed, shower, breakfast and bars on doorstep - perfect! |

Large rooms with a good range of facilities; dishwasher, microwave, TV, stereo etc . Location in the city center was excellent. Cost value for money. Reception area small, dirty and smelly. In the apartment the kitchen plates, cups etc.were dirty, obviously not checked by cleaning staff. Otherwise the apartment clean. Mattresses uncomfortable and linens very old, torn or threadbare. This could be a super place to stay if these things were improved. |
