チェックインして部屋に入ると、掃除もベッドメイキングもされていなかった。受付に伝えると、別のホテルに泊まる様に言われた。代替ホテルはもともと宿泊予定だったホテルよりも粗末な部屋だった。掃除はいい加減で、ソファの上には食べかすやごみが置かれていた。天井の電球5個のうち3個切れていて非常に暗かった。受付に伝えたが、部屋が空いていない、替えの電球がないということで非常に不快な部屋だった。 ホテル側の不手際で別のホテルに移されるのなら、それ以下ではなく、それ以上の代替を準備して欲しい。 |

Staying at an apartment house which is 2 blocks far from the reception is unexpected. Nobody helped during stay. If something happens, what I can do? The owner runs both hotel and internet cafe. Cheking out is possible after 9 o'clock. |

we were alarmed to read recent reviews prior to visiting jep hotel but were pleasently suprised at what we got for our money. the staff were pleasant and helpful,the apartment was well equiped, spacious and clean. what people need to remember is this is a budget hotel offering apartment accommodation --- and a good one at that! some people maybe expect to pay budget prices to get 5* accom |

Great location and value for money I booked a 3 bed aparment for 6 adult - 2 in each room. the hotel put us in a one bed apartment with 3 in the bedroom and 3 in the lounge. The staff changed our room after one night as I obviously complained. Also breakfast was between 8am and 11am, yet when we tried to have breakfast the restaraunt was closed and did not open until 9am |

Very nice hotel! Perfectly located in the center of Prague! Breakfast was really good! Also nice rooms, with much higher standard than expected. Too few keys was supplied. Only one key in an 8 bed apartment is too little. I think at least four keys should have been provided. |
