Ease with which got + one night before we had booked and reserve food for us breakfast !
The total non storage it was in the hallway of the rooms during the 4 nights stay with mattresses and exposed wooden beds exposure as well as all the mattresses are soiled (and pigs) qb Was an authentic situation that feature back not to repeat in PRAHA! where you've been by 7x. Over here it seems that only the owner works and does everything!
Noisy at night
Quite good breakfast. 30 minutes to the center.
Three stars are a joke. Reception is open till 5pm, afterwards it is difficult to find anybody (I saw a guest waiting for check-in in front of the hotel for over 30 minutes). In the evening they even block the lift(!!!), so you have to use stairs. Our room was ruined, with broken handle at the bathroom door and some lights not working. People smoking on corridors. We arrived at 5 pm and our room was not prepared (only two beds of four were made). Receptionist said that the rest of the personnel had finished their work for this day, so we had to make our beds by ourselves (without sheets, as we had not got them).
The staff were all pleasant and very helpful . The room and bath were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was served every morning and was very nice. All in all, a very god hotel experience.
I would have preferred a location closer to the center, but there were nearby trams that took you there. I had a problem with the elevator not working one time;unfortunately, it was when I was leaving, so I had to drag my heavy luggage down the stairs. Fortunatelyl, it was only one flight.
Not far from metro: 5-7 min walking or 1-2 min on tram. Good personal.
Cleanliness and condition of premises in Hotel Jerabek could generally be better.
There was wifi in the room, 10 min walking to metro station
Old furniture, closed restaurant, breakfast not open at 7.30 on working day, without daily cleaning in rooms, TV not working, poor breakfast
Excellent location, real easy to get into the centre.
First of all, I would like to highlight that my previous visit was significantly more pleasant than this one. To be very brief: we stayed a total of 4 nights, sheets, towels weren't changed and the room wasn't vacuumed. Room had a peculiar odor as well. We stayed in an apartment, which did have a small kitchenette, it's just that it wasn't equipped at all save a small fridge. (turned off and no sign of a power cable). Breakfast was weak in comparison to what we experienced during our first stay, and I could go on and on... Bottom line: it's cheap and in a good spot. If you aren't willing/can't go for the 100euro+ rooms, go for it. Prague is well worth it.
- great location, very close to the tram and subway - tasty breakfasts - very nice staff - good price - nice and spacy room - very nice atmosphere at the hotel
Privacy, you can come and go as you please and there is nobody who would bother you.
Staff (except one lady), can't speak English in a Hotel:O
The staff was excellent, good breakfast, good location, as it is only a couple of hundred meters away from the nearest metro station. Has parking for about 6 cars, decent rooms and very good value for money.
A bit basic facilities, visually not so appealing, but this wasn't an issue, really.
Cheap, nice breakfast in the price, very kind staff incl. the owner, cheap restaurant and beer in the hotel. Base on request micro and water boiler were received. The room was quiet. The hotel is 18 min. from the center by tram.
Old furniture and 1 uncomfortable bed in the 4bed room. The kitchen wasn't equiped, there were just 3 glass for 4 people and nothing more.
