Everything was perfect!nice location. Everybody was nice and helpful even though they couldn't speak good English. Very clean.the best choice for leaving!!!
Because of the old building sometimes the smell of the bathroom was a little bit annoying.
Personal, breakfast, quite, center av city, special,
bath is a bit old , but should be renovated in february.
Everything is great!
Bed is a bit too hard
1) Location - within minutes' walk from Karluv Most and other most interesting attractions. 2) Friendly and helpful staff - they speak good English and even some Russian (we are bilingual, so that was not crucial for us, but could be quite helpful for Russian-speaking travelers). 3) Magnificent atmosphere - medieval armor and arms in the dining hall and a great pianist playing popular music during breakfasts. Overall, a great place to stay!
The room, if cosy, needed a bit of remodeling, but overall it was nice to stay there.
Location Breakfast Large firm beds Good size room Clean
Only one small pillow
temperature in the rooms mini bar nice recepcionists
cleaning in the rooms noisy hotel
breakfast was amazing and the piano guy was perfect. Wifi was mostly stable. Easy to walk to transit a block away. Good restaurant BarBar across the street. View of the river from room.
indoor smoking at the hotel pub. Hotel restaurant was just ok. Hard mattress on the room bed. Couldn't see out room windows because they were all condensation. Room so cold I needed an extra blanket.
Good location, nice breakfast hall, kind and polite staff, good price.
I expected more from the room, the bathroom and the buffet for breakfast.
Great location. Easy walk to Charles bridge and Old Town. Lovely walk through a park to the hotel. The park features the "babies" by famous Czech artist David Cerny. Nice area since it's not very touristy, a little more quiet than the center of Old Town. Definitely visit Mlýnská Kavárna cafe around the corner situated at an old mill where, incidentally, David Cerny likes to frequent. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower a little narrow and beds slightly hard, but I had no problems sleeping. Fantastic, large breakfast included. Great value for money.
The bed is amazingly comfortable, live music while eating breakfast, the whole building is fantastic with elegant decoration, the speed of wifi is perfect, eating breakfast in the knight's hall restaurant is just like you are back to 17 century, a good location which allowes you accessing to many places
the seat of toilet is not comfort enough,
The breakfast was good (in a really beautiful atmosphere and with good music). The room was clean and comfortable. It is 5 minutes far away by walking from the Charles Bridge. And also you can walk to the Prague Castle by walking from the hotel (it takes 15-20 min).
Friendly staff, great location, nice & warm hotel throughout. Breakfast room & bar are amazing with medieval décor & a pianist at breakfast was a first for us & a lovely touch. Will not stay anywhere else when we return to Prague.
We liked everything.
Very quiet place, no tram or crowd noise, good breakfasts
Bathroom is too small for giants, poor ventilation not ready to cope with a moisture in the room
Quiet location, 10 min walk to Charles Bridge, excellent buffet breakfast.
Room and bed was exellent very clean a very good breakfast.
Very small tv on room noisy around the hotel staff not very friendly never get the change back closed restaurant very early and bar aswell. As a guest we meet hotel staff twice in opposite bar through teir shift drink a beer.
cramped bathroom no toothpaste in "bathroom kit" I expected more from a 4 star hotel
Very good breakfast in a historic room with a piano player! Smaller room felt spacious due to good design and lovely furniture. Location in Lesser Town is close to everything.
Location is perfect, near every important attractions, but still quiet; Friendly staff; diverse breakfast.
the free wifi is not good enough, have to reconnect every 5 minutes; the heating doest not work very well, my room was even colder than the hallway.
Well located, close to Charles Bridge. Not in such a crowded area with good breakfast and friendly staff
Location is fantastic and quiet, close to the river and Charles Bridge. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and breakfast selection is huge! Couldn't have wished for more… We had such a great time.
Wish we could have stayed longer..
Great location. Friendly staff and quirky hotel
This hotel has a quiet and central location. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a high standard. The staff are first class and very helpful. Breakfast is good but the hot food needs a bit better level.
Nothing much. The beds are a little to hard for my liking.
We were here for a big function in the Knights' Hall, and stayed a few extra nights. The public rooms were ideal for the party - and we had a great time. Food was good for the main event, and also plenty of variety at breakfast. Room and bathroom were pretty good, if and the building is very solid and thus pretty quiet. Location is in a quiet part of Mala Strana, but Charles Bridge is five minutes away on foot, and Petřin funicular slightly closer. Staff very attentive, too
Can't think of any dislikes, although some might wish for slightly brighter décor in corridor areas, but everything was clean and tidy.
