We enjoy stay at Karolina Hotel and Harrachov very much. Nice atmosphere, friendly personal, very good food incl breakfast buffet. Garage parking is very helpful and Wi-Fi internet ok as well. We do like to come back again! |

Food was good. No menus with English translations was not good. With one or two exceptions, most of the hotel staff was uncaring and unfriendly. |

The size of the apartment for a family is perfect, the rooms were clean, very well looking and the possibility of having our own parking space was very good. |

The breakfast buffet - apart from the coffee - which was very poor. Food generally good, however only some staff had limited English, so sometimes the translation did not extend to the type of sauces which were often quite hot. Distance from the ski area/centre. No bath & extremely limited time slots for use of the wellness centre. Also given incorrect vouchers to get a ski lift pass with discount. The reception staff only spoke English when they felt like it & were very grumpy when asked for specific information. On being billed, the euro price was converted into Czech crowns. |

Tunnelmasta, joka hotellissa vallitsi. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Mm. pyörille ehdotettiin suksivarastoa parkiksi. |

Hintataso edullinen. Ravintolapalveluiden hintataso erittäin edullinen. Hinta/laatusuhde parempi huoneistohotellissa parempi kuin varsinaisessa hotellissa. Internet yhteys ei toiminut hotellihuoneessa, vaikka niin luvattiin. Reseptionista myytiin vanhentunutta olutta (tölkeissä). |

Отель очень хороший, Персонал говорит по русски. Мы приехали поздно ночью и нас ждали. Стоянка не охраняемая, рядом с отелем. Почему-то не сработали кредитные карты. Пришлось расплачиваться наличными. Тихо и спокойно. |
