Tunnelmasta, joka hotellissa vallitsi. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Mm. pyörille ehdotettiin suksivarastoa parkiksi. |

Hintataso edullinen. Ravintolapalveluiden hintataso erittäin edullinen. Hinta/laatusuhde parempi huoneistohotellissa parempi kuin varsinaisessa hotellissa. Internet yhteys ei toiminut hotellihuoneessa, vaikka niin luvattiin. Reseptionista myytiin vanhentunutta olutta (tölkeissä). |

Very nice and spacious hotel. Garage and WIFI are free of charge. Although it was announced two bathrooms, there was only one. Besides, we could not stand up in bath, because there are very low ceilings in the bathroom on 2nd floor. |

We enjoy stay at Karolina Hotel and Harrachov very much. Nice atmosphere, friendly personal, very good food incl breakfast buffet. Garage parking is very helpful and Wi-Fi internet ok as well. We do like to come back again! |

The breakfast buffet - apart from the coffee - which was very poor. Food generally good, however only some staff had limited English, so sometimes the translation did not extend to the type of sauces which were often quite hot. Distance from the ski area/centre. No bath & extremely limited time slots for use of the wellness centre. Also given incorrect vouchers to get a ski lift pass with discount. The reception staff only spoke English when they felt like it & were very grumpy when asked for specific information. On being billed, the euro price was converted into Czech crowns. |

Das Personal war um angenehmen Service bemüht, konnte dies jedoch nicht immer umsetzen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und deshalb sehr leicht zu finden. Das Essen war schmackhaft und ausreichend. Die Einrichtung war zweckmäßig und hat seine besten Tage sicher längst hinter sich, dennoch hätte es etwas sauberer sein können, was die Zimmer angeht. Der Schwimmbad- u. Wellnessbereich ist für Familien mit älteren Kindern definitiv zu klein. |

das abendessen war sehr gut, frühstücksbüfett mit ausreichend auswahl, nettes ambiente, alles sauber, freundliche mitarbeiter, kostenloses w-lan das sehr kleine schwimmbad ist leider nur an 4 tagen in der woche geöffnet und muss vorbestellt werden |

Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Sogar Mamas 86. Geburtstag wurde mit einer Fl. Sekt und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht. Besonderes Lob der neuen Rezeptionsangestellten "Camilla". Unser Appartement war sehr zufriedenstellend, auch beheizt. Der etwas sehr dünne Kaffee zum Frühstück. |

Vores ophold på Hotel Karolina var til 6 stjerner ud af 6. Vi havde bestillet dobbeltværelse men fik en lejlighed hvor der hørte garage med som vi fik med uden beregning. Hotellets personale var flinke og i mødekommende. Det er simplenthen det bedste hotel vi har haft på alle vores rejser til Tjekkiet. Vil man ha fuld valuta for sine penge kan jeg varmt anbefale dette hotel til alle andre. |

Überraschenderweise bewohnten wir ein Apartment im Nebengebäude, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat und den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltete. Gebucht hatten wir ein Standarddoppelzimmer mit Halbpension. Alles verlief bestens. Eine Reisegruppe (ca. 40 Personen) war im gleichen Zeitraum im Haupthaus des Hotels untergebracht. Es kam zu Kollisionen mit den anderen Hotelgästen im Restaurant. Dies ließe sich vermeiden indem vom Personal Tische als "reserviert" gekennzeichnet würden. |
