Threadbare carpets,dark corridors,jaded small room,thin walls,unmanned reception,entrance through cafe,reception hardly spoke English.Water was cold but staff not interested until I asked for a price reduction.More like a cheap backpackers on an off day. |

Location of the hotel is good - in the calm walking zone, very town center. Old building, very special atmosphere, if you din't mind climbing with luggage to the 3rd floor. Room was cozy, refurbished not too long ago, rather well furnished, tidy. Excellent value for the money! |

Нам понравилось удобное местороспаложение отеля: все, что нужно для активного туризма - рядом: вокзалы, курорт и старый город. Нормальные завтраки. Услужливый персонал. Что еще нужно для туриста, который только нуждается в комфортном ночлеге?! |

Je zit dicht bij het centrum en het busstation is vlakbij. Bij aankomst stonden we niet op de reserveringslijst, daarom hebben we zelf ook het vermoeden dat we niet de geboekte kamer hebben gekregen.Nu hebben we het moeten doen met een heel klein zolderkamertjes, de prijs is echter wel hetzelfde gebleven.We weten echter niet hoe onze gereserveerde kamer eruit ziet. |

La situation dans une rue piétonne,près du centre et les petits déjeuners, très copieux J'avais commandé une chambre à un pris moyen et j'ai eu un premier prix, chambre 3ème étage, sans ascenceur, très petite, sous les toits.Pour avoir mieux, j'ai pris, après une nuit, le haut de gamme à 62€ au lieu de 47€. En 4 nuits, nous n'avons pu prendre que 2 douches tièdes; il fallait vraiment choisir le bon moment et tourner le robinet selon le bon angle à 5° près |

Хороший отель в пешеходной зоне, завтраки обычные, парковки нет, только общественная, подземная - минут 5-10 пешком Останавливались в номере категории турист. Номер очень маленький и окно только в туалете. Но за свою цену переночевать - нормально. |

solamente la posizione centrale, rispetto all'abitato, e vicino al bus terminal avevo prenotato una doppia per 75€ (le due notti) ma ne ho pagati 110 in quanto la camera prenotata, che mi è stata mostrata, era una stanzetta minuscola con due letti a castello. Quella matrimoniale ed ampia, che ho scelto, ho dovuto pagarla di più. Inoltre la camera non ha telefono ne asciugacapelli e l'hotel non ha ascensore. |

Ωραίο ζεστά διακοσμημένο δωμάτιο, αν και λίγο μικρό για οικογένεια (cozy room, but not so big for a family), με ωραία θέα στον πεζόδρομο (nice window view to old buildings). Αξιοπρεπές πρωινό και φιλικό προσωπικό (good breakfast and friendly stuff). Το κλειστό parking, το οποίο κλείνεις μέσω του ξενοδοχείου, δεν είναι τόσο κοντά σ' αυτό (parking is a little far from the hotel). Δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ (no lift). Λόγω της τοποθέτησής του σε πεζόδρομο περιμέναμε να είναι πιο κοντά στο γνωστό κέντρο (στα λουτρά) (we expected to be closer to old center) του Karlovy Vary. |

der var køleskab og 2 lænestole og fjernsyn og med lukkede vinduer er der ro ud til gågaden.Til prisen rimeligt og centralt men ikke luksus. Vi var der 7 dage og så blev morgenmaden lidt ensformigt. men ok. |

We werden goed ontvangen en geinformeerd over hetgeen een toerist graag wil weten over de plaats van bezoek. Het was een sobere 2-pers. kamer maar gezien de prijs uitstekend naar onze zin. Toilet en douche en suite!! prima. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Douchekop was niet in de houder te plaatsen. Zwarte lange haren in de douche onder de mat tegengekomen. We hadeen een kamer op de 3e etage en dat was voor mensen van 60 jaar een hele klim. Geen lift aanwezig. Dit graag vermelden in de brochure (internet). Het parkeren op een prive terrein bleek te zijn uitbesteed aan een bewaakte parkeergarage in de buurt van het hotel. |

Zentrale Lage. Für ein Zweibettzimmer ist das Zimmer eine Zumutung, denn es war nur ein Sessel vorhanden, denn der andere Sessel war die Ablage der Nachtleuchte und somit hatten wir den einzigen Sessel als Tisch verwendet und saßen auf beiden Betten. Der Zimmerpreis ist angebracht, aber nur für eine Person. (kein Fenster im Zimmer).Kann deshalb für die nachfolgende Bewetung keine Angaben machen. |
