Very helpful lovely staff

A warm welcome followed by a nicely furnished, very comfortable and spotlessly clean room, and an impressive breakfast spread (and I am particularly demanding in this area). The location at the foot of Vyšehrad castle is an added bonus. :-) We were very impressed and will return!

The wifi is a bit of a pain to access, but fine once you're in!

Excellent value for money clean and tidy.I celebrated my 50th birthday and i had chocolates and champagne in my room. Our daughter was celebrating her 21st the day we arrived and she also had champagne. We would certainly stay here again. It was a tram ride into the main part of the city. The hotel was in a quiet area which was nice and there were cheap restruants around with excellent food and very good service.

The staff were extremely nice, especially Alexander. Best customer service ever!

Arrived at midnight are train delayed. They arrange a taxi to pick us up. On arrival we had a welcome drink and the guy on reception made us a sandwhich and gave us some water. Very friendly and helpfull full of ideas what to see and do. Clean, quite, good breakfest, easy to get to tram into city, room nice

Little bit shabby in places needs a good lick of paint n filling some holes refiking things. Other than that very good place

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had staff 24 hours a day available, which most of the hotels we stayed at during our trip did not have (this was super useful). The rooms were clean and nice.

We had a very difficult time trying to find the hotel. The roads around it were confusing, and were the hotel was wasn't really obvious. We loved the accommodations but were lost for 2 hours looking for the place.

Excellent room, free Wi-Fi, very friendly and helpful reception, good breakfast. One of the best Prague hotels - or even the best.

The location is a bit distant from the centre.

We can warmly recomend this hotel. Close to the tram that goes to the city-center. There´s possible to walk to Charles bridge by the river.It´s a nice walk too. Behind the hotel you can walk up to Vysehrad and you get a beautiful view of Prag.It´s also nice to chill out here. The rooms are nice and clean. And the staff in the reception is very helpful. Breakfast is ok. If we go back to Prag we vill book this hotel again.

Ideal hotel for an inexpensive city break, surprising decent breakfast.

My only criticism is that the walls in our room appeared to be paper thin and would benefit from sound proofing. Unavoidable noise like lights being switched on/off, taps, shower running, toilet flushing, bathroom fan etc were very audible. If you were unlucky enough to have inconsiderate guests in neighbouring rooms then I would image your stay would not be very enjoyable.

Too far from city centre. It is called a 'boutique' hotel which to mean suggests small, luxury hotel and I think this gives the wrong impression.

Neskutečně přívětivý personál, na všech postech, recepce 1*. Od prvního okamžiku na půdě hotelu jen pozitivní a příjemné okamžiky. Díky Vaší nabídce ještě za neskutečnou cenu, jen mohu poděkovat. f.p.

Jen maličkosti , chyběly mi police ve skříni, nebyl v těchto dnech možný přístup k programu TV našich stanic / zrovna byl fotbal/, ale to je jen detail, který mi recepce vysvětlila.

οι υπάλληλοι ήταν εξαιρετικοί όσο αφορά τα αγγλικά!! την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση, καθώς και τις οδηγίες για το πως να πάμε στον προορισμό μας όπως μουσεία, θέατρα, τραμ, στάδια κτλ και πάντα με χαμόγελο!! το συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα και όσο αφορά την καθαριότητα ήταν καταπληκτική

Отель полностью соответствует заявленным четырем звездам. Чистый, уютный, расположен на тихой улочке. Хорошие завтраки, очень доброжелательный русскоязычный персонал. В пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля находится Вышеград - место, которое помимо своей исторической значимости, впечатляет великолепным парком и обзорными площадками, с которых открывается потрясающий вид на Прагу. До исторического центра города можно дойти пешком по набережной минут за 30 либо проехать на трамвае (трамвайная остановка "в двух шагах" от отеля).

Внешне отель, а также улица, на которой он расположен, не производят никакого впечатления, однако поскольку цель любоваться отелем при посещении Праги не ставилась, на общее положительное мнение об отеле данное обстоятельство не повлияло.

Доброжелательный персонал, комфортные номера, наличие чаника и чайного набора. The hotels's stuff was very friendly. The room was quite comfortable and equipped with teapot and a set of tea.

Отель достаточно далеко от исторической части города, лучше пользоваться общественным транспортом. При необходимости билеты можно купить ра ресепшене отеля. The hotel is quite far from historical center of the city. It's better to use public transport. You can buy tickets at the reception of the hotel if necessary.
