Comfortable rooms and lots of character. Perfect location for the congress centre.
Breakfast was quite poor, with not very much choice of hot food. It would be good to add 'Business associate' or' colleague' to the first question in this questionnaire.
Linen crispy clean fresh smell iron well no creases. Room fresh smell cleaned daily. Next to a castle just a walking distance. Staff helpful and friendly.
The "attics" looks nice but I don't know how many times I bumped my head. Sort of being in the way.
Outside the main tourist areas but everything was accessible walking or via a short tram ride. It was nice to be a little bit away from the tourist hordes at the beginning and end of the day. Restaurants were much friendlier and cheaper near the hotel.
The hotel is located in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from the Prague congress center. Hotel staff were very helpful, the breakfast was great and the location was convenient to trams into the city. The room was large, clean and comfortable.
staff are really nice and helpful. bathroom is really spacious and clean. they gave us couple for restaurants nearby--two of them are extremely nice, one is ranked 3 out of thousands restaurants in prague
From the that we arrived we were treated like royalty. The young guy on reception gave us a welcome drink, an upgrade on the rooms and directions to the nearest restaurant. Thanks Nikita? Everywhere was accessible by tram in 15 minutes. Around the corner from the hotel were 3 very good restaurants within about 400 yards- the Pod Vysehradem was excellent, cheap, huge portions and wonderful staff. If we go back to Prague we will stay at this hotel without hesitation.
very friendly staff nice furniture view to Vyshegrad
Good quality breakfast. Lovely comfortable rooms.
There were tea making facilities in the room but no coffee. Attic room ceilings really low so have to be careful of low beamed area a lot of ducking and diving!!! Not suitable for elderly or less mobile.
breakfast, service, convenient location
We arrived nearly 3 hours earlier but we could accommodate right away. Also, we left at 12pm not 11am as you are supposed to and we didn't need to pay anything for that extra hour
the TV is quite small and the signal is not very good but I didn't mind that much since I don't need to have TV in the room at all
Located exactly where I wanted to be and found the staff and amenities first class, the bar and bar menu were very competitive in pricing.
The staff was super. Good parking possibility

Location was well situated - outside the immediate city bustle but close enough for easy commute (we even walked it!). The staff spoke English and were always prepared to help with our questions. The whole building had a romantic feel - we were attracted to it because it was not so overtly a hotel from the outside. Breakfast was a mixture of hot and cold with a lot of variety and choice.
There was no ironing facilities for our clothes (although we never quite got round to asking specifically). The bed, although one frame was 2 mattresses and so we kept having to push them back together again!!
Great location in proximity to local grocery and convenient to public transport. Safe area that is "non-touristy" and very good for getting to and from the better-known sites. Would say one of the best values in Prague for the money with great staff and excellent service. Free breakfast was very good and it seems one would have to spend a great deal more money to get a better hotel.
There was very little we didn't enjoy, but if anything the bathroom floors could have used a good cleaning and the jet tub was a pretty user unfriendly. It was evident that other occupants likely had similar trouble in figuring this out as there seemed to be water damage to the floors outside of the bathroom from previous flooding. The room was very nice though and thoroughly clean otherwise.
Due to the flood air conditioning has been broken in some rooms, however, a mobile system has been provided. Free coffee at reception.
Hardly to recognize, only small plate at the door, hence keep complete address in mind.
