Very attentive staff. Good buffet breakfast. A bottle of champagne in our room from the management to celebrate my wife's birthday. A nice touch The swimming pool was only the size of a plunge pool and the facilities didn't open until 10am. We prefer to sauna and swim before breakfast

Very nice hotel. Location was excellent especially for shopping. Buffet breakfast was excellent, huge variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and pastries. Central to all the major tourist attractions. Would stay there again. Only bad comment was the cost of parking - very expensive at 33 euros per day.

Very centrally located in central Prague The reception was very little forthcoming. Twice during our stay this weekend the hotel staff came into our room without any prior notice,.. Very inappropriate. We booked through Booking.com and paid for our stay in advance. When we check in they demanded a guarantee fee to cover the possible use of hotel services. Understandable that the hotel requires a credit card guarantee, but not that they actually charge your credit card at check-in for an amount they think you will use during your stay. They do not trust their guests. I've been to Prague many times and stayed at many hotels here in the last 20 years. We will not use this hotel again!

Very central and nice facilities. We were very disapointed when we discovered that the hotel was pre- authorising our credit card when we checked in, a much larger sum than the cost of rooms, without informing us. When we asked, they told us that it was their policy, "in case we used additional services as mini- bar, restaurant or bar". Cost of 2 rooms in 4 nights, 36000 czk, they pre-authorised, 50.000 czk + 3000 czk. Their explaination was not good. They do not trust their guests in my opinion. To bad for a hotel with this potensial. The rooms was already secured by credit card when reservation was made at Booking.com.

Fantastic location, staff are very helpfull, breakfast is great. Mini bar is expensive, surcharge for room service is about 8euro. The airport shuttle isn't free and isn't a shuttle, It's a private car.

The receptionist in the executive lounge was excellent. The size of the rooms. The door staff and porters and the hotel car, were all good. Generally everybody was well trained and provided good service. The hotel it's self is a beautiful old building with high ceilings and many beautiful crystal lights. We picked this hotel because we wanted a pool, spa sauna ect to come back to as we were sightseeing in the winter when it was -10 during the day. These facilities are tiny and too full to use on two evenings. The hotel needs to be clearer about this in advertising. Also breakfast food is good but the area very small and crowded for the size of the hotel. I would expect a five star hotel to have a better breakfast and dinner restaurant.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were there for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and treated us to a lovely bottle of Champagne on the house. Breakfast was lovely - no need for lunch! Location excellent - we were only there for 3 days so wanted to be located centrally. We managed to get about without taxis or trams. All in all a magical stay.

Freindly staff, very helpful with our 11 month young baby daughter. Great location, everything within walking distance. Excellent breakfast. Would happily stay at this hotel again. €10 fee for Spa is a bit off. Hotel should try do away with this.

Location for city trip in Prague is simply excellent. Room is nice for price, clean and bed is by my opinion excellent for relaxation. Free WiFi in hotel room was also very well. Breakfast is good with large variety of different food for everyone. Especialliy machine for nature orange juice was great, did'nt see this even in better hotels. Valet service is good but expensive. Dinning room is to small if larger group of tourists come all at once on breakfast. Simply not enough space for such occasions. Also hotel with 5 stars should not afford so much student-waiters with no experience. It's not their fault if they don't know how to deal with crowded breakfast. Spa center is so so. Better on pictures than in reality. And at last, please put a price for valet service and parking with other hotel information.

Great location and cleanliness ! I was a bit suprised for a luxury hotel to have some staff telling me :please give me tips in cash and don't write the amount down on the check. Well we are free to give the way we want even though they have 50 per cent only. I asked for a cab one night to go to a restaurant and on my way out they offered me the limousine of the hotel. Nobody told me that it would cost 4 times the price of a regular cab. What a surprise when the driver asked 500 crona In the future, inform the guests for special fares and don't try to lay traps to increase revenues

The hotel is brilliantly located, within a few minutes' walk of the Old Town Square, the Jewish historic and religious sites, and lots of varied restaurants. The hotel itself is elegant, and the reception staff were extremely helpful in offering map guidance and suggestions. The rooms are beautifully appointed, and the spa is a nice asset at the end of a day of tourism. Paying for the use of the spa seemed a bit excessive. I can understand paying for individual treatments (E.G. massage), but paying for the use of a very small pool/jacuzzi seemed too much. While the reception staff were warm and very helpful, the restaurant servers were cold and indifferent.

We stayed at the Kings court on the recommendation of my Nephew who stayed there a couple of years ago. The hotel was very conveniently located near the Old Town Square, close to shops and the theatre. We had a hotel pick up from the airport which I thought was good value for money, the drivers were excellent, it worked out about £50 return trip. The staff in reception were more than helpful, and the restaurant staff were very accommodating. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The room was made up and replenished everyday at a very convenient time. We are going back to Prague later in the year and will be staying at the Kings Court Hotel. Also this was the first time we used Booking.com, and it worked for us. So thanks to all the staff at Kings Court and Booking.com. Mark Maguire-Ware

It's a lovely hotel, really very friendly personel. The only thing you can remark on it, is the presence of some English tourists in the spa, not knowing how to use a sauna in a proper way... really no comments
