The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly unlike the staff at the reception desk There was a terrible smell of mould when you turned on the air condition. We asked for an other room (de luxe room) but nothing happened. No slippers and no bathrope, which are normal for a 5 star-hotel. Outside our window there was a big metal-box only 50 - 60 cm from the window. In some rooms the wardrobe was very small and it was impossible to have the clothes there and there were no drawers.

The staff is great and the breakfast is very generous. Also, the location is excellent. This is more of a nice 4-star than 5-star. Perhaps they meet all the requirements of a 5-star, but it doesn't exude the luxury feel.

The breakfast selection was the best I have ever experienced anywhere in the world- absolutely amazing. The room was fabulous and the staff were friendly and helpful without being too in your face!

The room was very nice and clean, and the location was superb -- everything was right around the corner. Also, the breakfast was amazing. Best we've had during the whole our of European tour. So much to choose from that even after three mornings we hadn't tried everything!

Very good breakfast,free internet everywhere,the stuff in the executive lounge very helpful. There was no lounge to sit in the entrance of the hotel.if you were expecting someone you had to sit to the one and only sofa at the entrance.the rooms were small,we had to upgrade with charge.

Location is very good. New hotel so the rooms are well fitted out and of a high standard. Breakfast was included and both the breakfast and location for the breakfast was excellent. Wireless internet was FREE. Good to see when you are paying good money for a room. Staff were friendly and professional. When I complained about my room being next to work in the room next I was moved at once, even though the hotel was full. Work in the room next to me but I was moved when I complained.

This hotel makes you feel like royalty. The location is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and luxurious. Parking is difficult, and valet parking is expensive.

We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. Other than the welcoming and professional staff, location is amazing (look at Prague's map), breakfast was good and my 3 years old son had great time playing in the small swimming pool. My only problem is that I didn't have time for a Massage (or shoppping ;) but that how it's like when going with kids... This is my second time in this hotel, and I will be coming back whenever in Prague. Thanks & "díky" !

best international holiday experience ever!!! everything was perfect..location was walking distance to everywhere that worth a visit. rooms are very clean. the staff was incredibly kind and thoughful. both the breakfast and dinner was delicious. highly recommended!!!!
