Excellent hotel. Location was very good - walking distance to old city centre and Wenceslas square. Shopping arcade and Metro stop in immediate vicinity. Room was excellent size and clean. Access to computer terminals and wi-fi was free. Excellent buffet breakfast selection.

The breakfast area was a bit small and crowded.

good location close to most attractions and shopping, furniture nice but thats all.

Hotel rooms are very small especially the ones on 7th floor, there are pillars in the middle of the room supporting the roof/attic,breakfast room very small had to dogde plates over my head when other guests pass you, cleaners didnt clean at all just changed towels everything all over the place. swimming pool so small never so anything like that in the hotels with swimming pools before, had to take turns to go in water with other hotel guests, u cant do any lenghts just sit in water thats all no room for swimming.

Quite a new nice hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are modern and bright. I will return with pleasure.

Breakfast service a bit confused, many people "flying around" without any visible goal. Funny... Also the choice and presentation could be better.

The value for money is outstanding. The staff really professional and attentive towards the guests.

A very small and non essential remark, would be great to have a sort of curtain in the bathtub for the shower to prevent water falling out.

The friendly and customer oriented staff and the absolute top location for anybody that wants to explore Prague be it for business or pleasure

The location was perfect and it was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable!

Had a free upgrade to the executive suite, beautiful room with a beautiful view of Prague. Hotel was in a great location. Spa was great, pool was warm, but small. Loved this hotel, would recommend to anyone. If I go back to Prague I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Should not have to pay to use the swimming pool. Breakfast was good, but very crowded.

The swimming pool is very small. Air conitioning was not working despite asking them twice to fix it. Same with the hotel safe. Also they tried to over charge for the room when I was leaving. Nice hotel but the staff need better training.

There wasn't a dedicated conceirege desk which made the line on the reception so long sometimes

Great breakfast selection, great beds, great bathroom with separate shower and tub. Really good location to Old Town and Wenceslas Square and Charles River Bridge. Good tram connections.

"Deluxe" accomodations are way overpriced. Same as any room with the exception that you get some toiletries and access to free wine, soft drinnks & snack "executive lounge" and spa. Junior Suite overpriced too compared to "Deluxe" Room in that only difference is whirlpool bath. Does not have complimentary airport pickup and delivery which is absurd for 5 star hotel.

Staff is helpful, rooms are clean, breakfast is ok and staff keeps up with demands there. Hotel is located in the middle of the old town which is excellent if you're on a city trip.

On arrival you're in a dead end road and unable to make a u-turn, with several other cars pulling up behind you. You quickly give in to the valet parking offered, and find out too late that its costing you 36 euro per day - which the hotel will charge for in crowns, at an exchange rate that they determine. In reality the car park ends up costing you 40 Euro per day. Besides that, there's a minor issue with the shower - no shower curtain and shower above the bathtub means you always spray the entire bathroom. However, there's floor heating in the bathroom so the mess dries up quick enough I suppose ... and despite the many stars they've not discovered the existence of thermostatic taps for the bathtub yet.

If I were the management of the hotel I will change all the staff. The staff are rude and you do not feel at home at all and they are not willing to help. The worst staff attitude is in the resturant, we felt we were not welcomed at all. Rooms are very small and the shower is strange as the handle os only one meter high , so You have to keep bending to wash your hair. The only great thing about the hotel is the location, it cannot be better.
