It was all good
The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was an excellent standard. We celebrated my hustbands 60th Birthday and the Management sent a bottle to the room which was a really nice touch. Great stay
Friendliness of the staff and location of the Hotel. Great value for money!
Found the Hotel rooms and public areas too warm!
Excellent location, close to old town square. Facilities at the hotel are excellent.
This is a lovely, comfortable hotel. Clean and well appointed. Was all we expected. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. We ate twice in the evening and no complaints there either.
Don't take a car into central Prague, and at £30 a night the parking cost me more than the car. Use the trams and walk. We were plagued by some small children who took over the bar, even playing football in there at one stage! Their parents didn't appear to care.
I liked everything about this hotel I had an executive room which i Claude's a very good breakfast and a lounge with very good snacks throughout the day. The location was perfect and the staff really nice.
-Great hotel, with even greater location close to the Christmas markets.
-Staff at breakfast looked confused, slow service (only in breakfast) the rest of the time it was awesome.
Everything,breakfast and staff great
Staff in restaurant during the dinner...
Everything really, location is excellent, very central, the building is beautiful, really nice decor, breakfast very good. The room is very cozy comfortable, shower is great. Nice 5* details as welcome and farewell letters (only personalization on those was missing)
As a Front Office Manager also in a 5* I can mention that the staff is really what needs to be improved. Staff at front desk fulfills their duties but they don´t seem to be really very connected or engaged. They do their duties but dont go beyond as you expect in a 5*...same as staff at breakfast. The bellboys were the most welcoming and attentive. Also the two days the lobby reception was completely full of luggage. A luggage room is really needed. There is a cost for using the SPA facilities, not nice...
Situated in walking distance to the to the city of Prague, pickup and bring service for the private car. Breakfast was just exceptional, with excellent service. We spent one night over the weekend, but we will definitely come again for a longer stay. Great Wifi performance.
Nothing to mention.
Spa was cold and very small, only room for 6 guests max.
Comfort, bed, breakfast, service are all outstanding. This is a propper 5 star hotel.
Cannot think of anything
The pillow menu. The bed was amazing. The bathroom was great.
Cleaners walking in on me in the nude. That was a bit of a shock.
Breakfast, staffs, room are wonderful.
The sink table had lots of scars these should be polished because of feeling dirty.
Location was great, staff were polite and professional and really helpful. Food was amazing! Rooms spotless and bed was one of the best I have slept in
The only thing was that smoking was allowed in the restaurant and the bar. This was really uncomfortable for non smokers and I would have stayed in the bar for longer had it not been so smoky
Less seats in the executive lounge as they have now placed a receptionist in there, which means you can't always get a seat
very comfortable room, with great bathroom.Excellent breakfast
smoking was allowed in the bar Had to pay to use the pool
Great hotel with excellent location.. Nice, clean room. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Smoking in the bar
Stuff!!..Lady at the reception desk (Sabina) was very friendly and helpfull sharing all necessary information with me. Room and food at hotel were excellent.
The bed was comfortable and we had time to relax breakfast was lovely outside with the blankets... Jst bliss
We were in the spa and although we wernt having treatments we were enjoyin the jacuzzi and maintainance came in to look at the shower whilst we were in there...
We enjoyed using the spa in particular. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable too.
Great location, good breakfast, nice facilities! Good executive lounge
Jacuzzi was cold, all spa treatments were fully booked, nitpicking though - gret hotel!
The Best breakfast we have ever had all over the world!
I asked the staff for something special because it was my boyfriend's birthday and we had a bottle of champagne, strawberries and a cake waiting fir us in our lovely room! Thanks! The buffet was amazing and the bed so confortable
The hotel have nice combination of classic and modern style. The service is great and the rooms are very good. The location is excellent for city break. You have endless restaurants and coffee houses near by, 1 min walk to Old Town, you have nice walk to the Charles Bridge through Old Town, the Palladium Mall is opposite, 1 min walk from the nice shops and restaurants at Na Príkope Street and short walk to the fashion street Parízska, etc.
The prices of the hotel can be high when the town is busy but if you can have this hotel for acceptable price dont think twice if you are looking for nice and well located hotel
