Very good breakfast,free internet everywhere,the stuff in the executive lounge very helpful.

There was no lounge to sit in the entrance of the hotel.if you were expecting someone you had to sit to the one and only sofa at the entrance.the rooms were small,we had to upgrade with charge.

Location is very good. New hotel so the rooms are well fitted out and of a high standard. Breakfast was included and both the breakfast and location for the breakfast was excellent. Wireless internet was FREE. Good to see when you are paying good money for a room. Staff were friendly and professional. When I complained about my room being next to work in the room next I was moved at once, even though the hotel was full.

This hotel makes you feel like royalty. The location is fantastic, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are big and luxurious.

Parking is difficult, and valet parking is expensive.

We've been in Kings Court for 5 nights, in the Junior Suite. Starting from the online booking process the staff had provided an outstanding customer support. As we came with a baby and a toddler, we had further requirements than the usual guests - and they were all fulfilled. Other than the welcoming and professional staff, location is amazing (look at Prague's map), breakfast was good and my 3 years old son had great time playing in the small swimming pool. My only problem is that I didn't have time for a Massage (or shoppping ;) but that how it's like when going with kids... This is my second time in this hotel, and I will be coming back whenever in Prague. Thanks & "díky" !

best international holiday experience ever!!! everything was perfect..location was walking distance to everywhere that worth a visit. rooms are very clean. the staff was incredibly kind and thoughful. both the breakfast and dinner was delicious. highly recommended!!!!

The spa is very small. The sweeming pool is like a bathtub - no more then 2 people inside.

During the breakfast the waitress were to quick to remove empty dishes. They should always ask if you are finished before removing the dish.

We liked the hotel facilities especially the spa and excellent buffet breakfasts.

The management trained the cleaning staff right front of the guests and the hotel door staff, when they shouted at us for using the spa lift and not the main reception one. I think that both women need to be instructed how to behave to the guests at 5 stars hotel.

Nothing really. The hotel has very little to do with a 5 star house!

The staff were fantastic with the children. They were friendly and catered for all of our needs. The location was perfect. Would highly recommened the hotels taxi service. Breakfast was outstanding.

Only the news channels were English if you wanted to watch tv. We were given to understand that the use of the pool was included in the room rate. My husband used the pool on two occasions and was then charged 512 coruna.

The room was comfortable, it seems to be like home,bed is perfect for your rest after long way walking.Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help you in your requests.Hotel is wonderfull, everything was perfect!

Twice staff came into the room to deliver something. A bit of a suprise as we hadn't heard the knock. Missed an information counter.

Everything about the hotel was great staff,food, comfort, location really enjoyable stay.

The only negative was when we arrived we were told the spa was not included in our booking,this surprised me as I was not asked to include the use of the spa when I was booking and most hotels offer the use of a pool ans steam and sauna to guests and then you purchase spa treatments. It did not spoil our stay as we did not have time to use the facility but I think this is something they should make a little cleared in the booking process

location is very good. the staf was freindly and helpfull. breakfest was good espcialy sitting in the balcony.we were upgraded to excutive suite and because of that we used the excutive lounge that was very nice.

Close proximity to public transport, tourist attractions and shopping areas. The room was fab.

For some reason we did not get a room with windows; missed out on city scenes.
