It's a hotel with a high class of service and food. It's lay in the middle of the town, short way to everything, you are not dependent of tramcar or metro to visit the places as the Old church or the castle. My best recommendation.

We particularly like the service from the staff. A hotel car was provided on our arrival, and also to take us to and collect from, the Opera. This in a city where taxis are likely to rip you off was a great bonus. Breakfast was really the best. .

The rooms were not made up until late afternoon

We are pleased to choose this hotel, very convenient location, comfortable sound-isolated rooms, old castle view, very rich breakfast, sincere staff. Next time we think about visit to Prague we are likely to choose this hotel again.

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights from 2nd to 6th of March 2012 in standard room with breakfast. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and quit. There were a lot of complimentary facilities in the room E.G. iron and iron board, coffee maker (Nesepresso machine in another room categories), free Wi Fi without password, safety box, hair drier and other. The location was excellent,just in the republic square, opposite to the Palladium shopping mall, the the tram stop, the underground is just 5 steps form the hotel's door, the old town square 5 minutes walking away from the hotel. Good breakfast with excellent heated outdoor setting as well. Comparing with other hotels around, in term of location and price, it is the best.

Small fittness room in -1 floor, with only one treadmil, one skiing machine and one bike machine. The usage of the spa and indoor swimming room was not free except if your room is excutive room. However these are minor things.

Location is exellent! There is a metro stop nearby & a few shopping malls. Just 1 min to go!!! It is 5 min by walk to the main sightseen places along pretty streets of old city of Prague. We had coplimentary upgrade to the Royal suite from Executive ones. It is big & comfortable with nice view balcony double rooms. Very well equpped with electronics & jucuzzi in the main bathroom. You will get what you need in that hotel as good choice breakfast & a bar & a spa area. We were sutisfied with hospitality of the staff as well. And plan to come back to the hotel Kings Court again.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the location to all the sights was excellent.

The restaurant didn't cope with the volume of guests for breakfast too well.

For the people that want pure luxury in the centre of Prague the Kings Court Hotel is the place to stay!

Staff extremely helpful and friendly. We were there for our honeymoon and they upgraded our room and treated us to a lovely bottle of Champagne on the house. Breakfast was lovely - no need for lunch! Location excellent - we were only there for 3 days so wanted to be located centrally. We managed to get about without taxis or trams. All in all a magical stay.

Great location and cleanliness !

I was a bit suprised for a luxury hotel to have some staff telling me :please give me tips in cash and don't write the amount down on the check. Well we are free to give the way we want even though they have 50 per cent only. I asked for a cab one night to go to a restaurant and on my way out they offered me the limousine of the hotel. Nobody told me that it would cost 4 times the price of a regular cab. What a surprise when the driver asked 500 crona In the future, inform the guests for special fares and don't try to lay traps to increase revenues
