The AC was perfect . Also the location... The free internet & the computer in the coridoor for the guests.

The TV channels was not OK ... All channel are for news... There should be some arabic channels like : dubai/mbc/abu dhabi/ aljazeera x Also the chief who was cooking the egg has no experience.. There was no sliced bread ... All bread were hards to eat ...

What makes this hotel a 5-star experience and no doubt a recommended and repeated choice of stay is its cosy, pleasant, quiet and calm atmosphere and ever efficient, well-mannered, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant may be a bit smaller, however offers dining on the terrace, which is very nice. Overall - very clean; hotel room & spacious bathroom offer facilities expected from a certain rating; guest's privacy is respected.

Eventhough the hotel lift is equipped with desired floor card-key reading mechanism, there is a free access to floors to anybody who enters the hotel using the staircase opposite the main entrance. Lift on Executive floor is accessible through stairs only. Bed mattrace being rather soft may not be suitable for individuals with back problems or after spine surgeries. Selection of TV channels could be wider.

Breakfast area was too crowded. People bumped each other.

Very good location; modern interior design and great room size; comfortable bed; great selection for the included breakfast; great price for a five-star hotel in Prague and even the whole Europe.

Longer breakfast hours would be better. But I understand it's normal for most.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was luxurious and spacious and right in the heart of Prague next to the Namesti Republiki metro. Trams to the castle stopped across from the hotel. So excellent for sightseeing and shopping.

Breakfast was rather crowded and was difficult to get a table at peak times.

The hotel is very well-furnished. The location is excellent. It is near the train station and there is a big shopping mall just opposite the hotel. It is within walking distance to old town square.

Excellent check-in on arrival and the room upgrade was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast was exceptioanlly delicious and the hotel was very centrally located.
