The hotel is within 100 metres of wenceslas square good location to the centre. staff were helpful. rooms very clean. breakfast till12 noon from 6.30 am Location let down by two strip joints aka cabaret clubs next door and across the road. hassled by promoters of these clubs. foul smell of smoke in the lobby. cooked breakfast a bit overdone and very pricey if not included in room price. noise from club also a problem in the evening |

The room was clean, the staff fixed the air conditioner right away, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was good. The hotel allowed smoking in the lobby so the lobby stunk of cigarette smoke. And the breakfast room, which was adjacent to the lobby, smelled of stale cigarette smoke and fresh cigarettes because the doors were kept open. When I asked if they could close the doors to keep the cigarette smoke from traveling into the dining room, I was told, "NO", that I could eat in my room. |

Staff were very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was very good. This hotel is very centrally located. I really liked this hotel. I have one suggestion though: it would be a good idea to have a sign in the room regarding changing towels. I stayed for a few nights and did not require replacement towels, however housekeeping did change them. I would like to have been able to put up a sign or notice saying "no new towels today thank you" as I don't see the need during a short stay. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. We liked the peacfulness and location. There was no air-conditioning, no active bar service. Smoking should not be allowed in the hotel the price was high for the standard |

The location, staff, rooms, car parking - everything was great. the only thing I didn't like was that people are allowed to smoke in the hotel foyer. Being quite a large hotel, there were always a lot of people smoking and the smell was quite bothersome every time we walked through. |

Good location, walking distance to Wenceslaou Square, close to the main train station Hlavni Nadrazi, and Vinohradska street. Can also walk much further to the Old Town Square, restaurants, bars and clubs.Don't miss the tour to the Old Medieval Town Krumlov. |

good location as its very close to the main square there is two lap dancing clubs next door (darling & Atless) and you get herassed by their toutes every time you walk out and back into the hotel on the main street |

Location is excellent. Very friendly staff. Free internet available in two PC close to reception. Breakfast time is perfect in order to not get up early: until 11.00h from monday to friday and until 12.00h at the weekend. As I was in my own, every time I walk by the street of the hotel, I was asked, very insistently, to come into the night clubs, and after several days it was a nightmare. After watching the pictures, I expected a more fashionable hotel, so I didn´t like the carpet and the furniture of my room. More variety in breakfast. |

My wife and I arrived at the hotel very early (10am) but we were given a room immediately. The Staff were very helpful and pleasant. There was an internet station which was free. The location of the hotel (just off Wenceslas Square) was ideal. We were concerned about the number of clubs and cabarets in the hotels street when we arrived but in the end were not disturbed by any late night or early morning revelries |
