Bele décoration, personnel sympathique. Le Velux de la chambre sous les toits ne comporte pas de rideau. Odeurs nauséabondes provenant d'un puits près du parking ! |

The staff were brilliant. George, the owner, spoke English and was able to help with finding locations, lending us his street directory and even giving us his mobile number in case we got lost. The hotel was also refurbished beautifully and the furniture very beautiful. The hotel was also situated in a picturesque area in a gorge on a river surrounded by forests. The pool was wonderful too Unfortunately, there weren't curtains for all the windows in our room and since the sun doesn't go down until late, it was hard for the children to get to sleep with sunlight in their eyes. |

Su ubicación y sus instalaciones. Especialmente cuidada la decoración de las habitaciones y las zones comunes Parece que es común en la república checa pero no hay servicio de limpieza en las habitaciones, ni entra nadie a hacer las camas y el baño. No sé qué hubiera ocurrido en una estancia más larga |

Rustige omgeving en vriendelijkheid van het hotelpersoneel en de eigenaar. Eventueel een ventilator of airco in de kamers met het zeer warme weer. In onze kamer (11) ontbrak er een douchegordijn waardoor alles nat werd. De bedden werden wel opgemaakt maar nit verschoond en er werd niet gezogen. |

внимательный персонал, оформление интерьеров, ресторан неплохо бы иметь какие-то охлаждающие устройства (кондиционеры) в мансардных номерах отеля, летом в них очень жарко. И необходимо проводить более регулярную уборку в номерах. |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.
