Location was terrific. Staff was excellent and spoke English well. The breakfast included in the rate was fair. The lack of a queen sized bed. Two twins shoved together with a split/gap in the middle was not comfortable, but seemed to be the Czech norm. |

1: Convenient (although the town is small and almost anything could be said to be convenient, this Hotel is on a pleasant approach street into the main square and has a beautiful castle viewpoint from its terrace. It also supplies a very good information booklet of the local attractions just in case you have not done your homework. We had Room #7. The bath with hand held shower was OK, but would have preferred a closed in shower. |

I liked the decor of public area and the decoration of the rooms. Even my single bed was built into an upholstered frame making it look very elegant. Front desk staff not readily available. Nor did they answer the phone. |

Conveniently located no frills hotel. Nice view from rear terrace where it would have been nice to have breakfast, but this was not available. Reasonable breakfast spread and friendly service. A wall mounted shower rather than a bath with shower hose would be a weclome addtion to the rooms. Decor rather dated and needs ugrading, but rooms were clean. |

rooms were nice, right in the main square.. On the first night we found big shards of broken glass in our bed, we were moved to a smaller room with no discount and blamed for breaking a light fixture. Overall seemed to be a nice hotel but how and why this happened is beyond me.. |

The wonderful suite - the best in the hotel, with a church view was incredible. The bathroom had a large tub and separate shower. The hotel was booked so our attempt to book the next night upon our arrival was not to be. Though one night in Cesky Krumlov is probably enough. Got this hotel out of Frommers and the author says rooms are small. I saw two rooms, neither of which was small.... |

Good location, great breakfast, staff was helpful, free WiFi. We had a room on the first floor facing the street, but it wasn't noisy at all. |

The restaurant was very good. Close to the city center. Parking is not easy, as the hotel doesn't have a private parking or public parking nearby. Would've been better if the hotel was airconditioned. |
