Il peggiore hotel nel quale mi sia capitato di soggiornare. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

Ci è piaciuta la posizione in una stradina silenziosa e la camera abbastanza spaziosa.

Non ci sono piaciuti I bagni, vecchi, screpolati, I water non sicuri, uno traballava e si aveva sempre l'impressione di cadere. Non parlano italiano e non capiscono nessuna parola italiana. I materassi con la tela cerata che scricchiolava era spiacevole.

The hotel staff were friendly and the place was very clean. Really good value for money in an excellent location. I was there for a stag do but would not hesitate to take my girlfriend and stay again.

- Is quite near to the center. - The staff is gentle and helpfull (eg. Taxi booking, flight ticket printing)

- No english speaking staff - bad smell rooms due to a pigeons colony in the inside court - no shampoo or other staff such as hair dryer in the toilet (need to pay for that) - dirty moquette everywhere (also on the elevator' walls) - my bed was a sofa. I needed to take a real matteres from another room, by myself - very compliment to the photographer for the hotel' s pictures! Are real, but completelly unrapresentative of the real bad condition of rooms and toilets

very good location, tram station few minutes away and not more than 15 minutes walking distance to old city square, friendly staff, clean, basic services and furniture and there is a small lift, for this price i will not expect more.

Wi-Fi signal was not good in my room, the room is ok but it needs some maintenance specially the doors which you need to slam them to close, i can hear slamming doors all the night,

I would say it is "normal" hotel. Its main advantage is good location in 10 min walking distance from the city center. Access by tram or metro is convinient as well. It is not very modern, but it is enough to stay over night when the rest of the time you travel around. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. It was good to my wife as she doesn't speak English, but most of the staff speak fluent Russian. Breakfast was standard (ham, chees, coffe, etc). But I didn't expect anything more.

Nice Russian speaking staff at the reception, good location at the city centre. Value for money!

I didn't like the proximity to the night pub Le Petite America or something where people started boozing from 10 p.m. upto 5 a.m. every day. In this sense this hotel is not good if you want to have a good sleep at night.

Very good help at the desk. Clean and comfortable rooms. In a walking distance to the old center.

10:58 knocking on the door;"You have to check out your room at 11:00". Yes she was fair 11:00 was the deal and maybe they had a very buzzy day. Ore maybe they saw us coming in drunk around 5:30. But still it felt a little forcing.

Nothing at all, except the hotel place.

1)Very unfriendly and unhelpful stuff, their didn't understand english language. 2)There are not place for car parking. We left our car in car park for 2 nights about 50 euro. 3)There were one big hole in my towel. 4)Our door leap all night, it was hard to sleep. 5)There were old, battered table in our room. 6)Network din't work in our room, even in the 1st floor. We needed to use the hotel computer, but problem was that one women, who worked in hotel cafe used the hotel computer and it was very hard to evict her from the computer. 7)Very poor breakfast.The juise was watery.

Price. Everything is just ok. Close to several gay-activities.

The bed and mattresses were comfortable. The location is excellent. Hotel reception is very helpful. Overall, very nice experience with the hotel in general!

Wifi works only in the lobby. Breakfast is basic but good quality - at this price I wouldn't expect much more than that. The floor cover need to be changed or cleaned - it is quite dirty. Some parts of plumbing equipment and furniture need to be repaired, replaced, or fixed.

Absolutamente nada. Nothing Niente

Muy mal todo. Mal olor, sucio, habitación minúscula incluso para 1 persona. Pero sobretodo el problema viene en el servicio. Lo peor que he visto en mucho tiempo. La chica que me atendió creo que no sabía ni leer. En serio completamente inútil. Si no estuviera, el hotel no lo notaría. Un cero de verdad no engaño. fatal!!!

Nagyon, nagyon kedves recepciós hölgyek, rendkívül segítőkészek! Különösen a hölgy aki Kárpátalján született! :) Minden közel van, gyalog is könnyen elérhetőek a nevezetességek. Boltok, jó éttermek is vannak a környéken.

A reggelinél a személyzet nem értett angolul. Kicsit kopottasabb a ház és a szoba, mint a képeken. A kávézó éjjel távozó vendégei elég hangosak.

находится близко к центру, за 10-15 минут можно дойти до карлова моста и вацлавской площади. убирались каждый день! недалеко от отеля есть прекрасная кафешка (если выйти из отеля и пойти направо, когда упретесь в стену, пойти налево и первое кафе по дороге, там еще надо вниз спускаться, и в окна видно людей, сидящих внизу). на пивных подставках у них было написано пивовар, может это название кафе.) народу там всегда много, но кормят очень вкусно и не дорого. советую попробовать куриные крылышки в брусничной соусе, куриную грудку с орехами в грибном соусе и говядину, завернутую в блинчики.

когда убирались в номерах переставляли все предметы на другие места. хотя я считаю, что они не должны трогать вещи вообще. курс, если оплачивать отель в кронах очень плохой, лучше оплачивать в евро!. в большинстве отелей чек аут в 12.00, в этом отеле в 11. до метро идти далековато, минут 10. до трамваев минут 5. в номерах очень старая мебель, все обшарпанное и побитое. двери производят впечатление, что они ровесники главным пражским часам (600 лет). душ вообще кое-как работает, 2-3 струйки льется, нормально не помоешься. фена в номере нет. телевизор доисторический, русских каналов нет. стены из картона, слышно абсолютно все! можно точно разобрать, что говорят люди за стенкой, а когда в баре футбол или караоке, то можно вещаться. и самый главный минус, по приезду нам сказали, что вай-фай не работает на этажах, работает только в холле внизу, но его починят. но конечно ничего не починили. так что в номерах вай-фая практически нет, бывает ,что подключишься, но редко и ненадолго. на завтрак (с 7 до 9 утра) сок подают в разбитых кувшинах. отель не советую.
