was quiet and comfortable, good location close to sights and shops we were not told there was an elevator and we were staying on the 4th level! |

weinig Kamers vuil,in 4 dagen geen verse handdoeken,geen verse lakens en kamer nooit gereinigd.Ontbijt ronduit slecht.Geen verse broodjes(1 soort-niet te kiezen)Beleg te kiezen tussen hard gekookt ei,salami en confituur.Dit 3 dagen hetzelfde. |

Goede ligging. Op zeer kleine wandelafstand van historische en toeristische trekpleisters. Ontbijt: brood was OK, maar broodjes waren oud en hard. Weinig keuze in verschillende broodsoorten, slechts 1 broodsoort en 1 soort broodje. Aan de receptie sprak men geen of nauwelijks Engels of Duits.Maar alles viel wel te regelen met veel gebaren. Op de badkamer was geen haadroger voorzien. Vervelend om 's ochtends met natte harente gaan ontbijten en op uitstap te gaan. Gordijnen ontbraken. |

Alt for dårlig sprogkundskaber (engelsk/tysk) Morgenmaden var ikke noget at skrive hjem om. Sørg for at hotelpersonalet lærer noget sprog. |
