только его расположение персонал в отеле относится к постояльцам как к теням. в номерах полотенца как салфетки. еда на завтраке очень плохая(порошковый напиток в воде из водопровода)

Direckt in Zentrum In 5 Tagen ist nicht einmal Putzfrau gekommen. Man musste selber um Toilettenpapier sorgen, sowie Mühleimer. Handtücher wurden auch nicht getauscht.

ничего не понравилось!!! это был самый ужасный отель в каком я останавливалась!!! невероятная грязь и в номерах, и в холлах, и на лестницах, и в ресторане!!! тараканы! огромные пауки - до 3 см в размере (один бросился на меня в ванной)! убирают номер только после неоднократных напоминаний! мусор (а это и частично продукты, фрукты) не выносятся по нескольку дней, пока не начинают летать мухи! полотенца за 2 недели поменяли 1 раз, постельное белье -1 раз, и только после неоднократных настойчивых напоминаний! шторы в номере когда-то возможно были белого цвета, сейчас от грязи трудно определить фактуру. завтраки по общему мнению немногочисленных гостей очень скудные, однообразные. за 2 недели не было никаких изменений в меню. полное отсутствие фруктов (в августе), из овощей - листовой салат и 2 помидора на весь отель. назвать напитками то что выдается за чай и кофе - невозможно. униформа у единственного официанта отсутствует. в своей одежде (не менялась в течение 2 недель) он ездит на работу и протирает свой автомобиль (наблюдала это). при любой просьбе, носящей негативный характер, обслуга прекращает понимать абсолютно все языки. никому не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле!!!

Dit hotel is geen aanrader. Bij aankomst word je vriendelijk doch dringend verzocht vooraf te betalen, achteraf begrijp je waarom. Er mankeert van alles (zoals een krakende en piepende lift die begint op de eerste verdieping, gammele douche, geen gordijnen voor de ramen, kamer wordt niet bijgehouden, internet verbinding werkt niet altijd). Toe aan een grote renovatie.

Elhelyezkedése,az ár-érték aránya. Megérkezésünkkor a foglalt erkélyes szoba helyett erkély nélkülit kaptunk, csak reklamálásra kaptuk meg az eredetileg lefoglaltak szerintit. A csere szoba erősen elhasználódott, a szőnyegpadló foltos, a szobai rész festésre szorul. A szobai ajánlatban szereplő hajszárítóval nem volt ellátva.

at hotellet lå centralt der var ingen rengøring, toiletpapir, håndklæder, redning af seng. Pærer i lamperne manglede overalt. Efter i 3 dage at have bedt om pærer i lampe ,over seng og i badeværelse lykkedes det endlig at få en ikke særlig venlig person til at gøre det.

Близость к центру, соотношение цена-качество Одноообразные завтраки, из горячего только сосиски и чай, кофе. За 4 дня до возвращения я попросила ресепшн организовать мне трансфер в аэропорт Праги на 16 00. Мне подтвердили, что будет групповой трансфер за 25 евро с человека. Накануне отъезда мне сообщили, что обещанный трансфер за 25 евро с человека возможен только в 14 30, то есть на полтора часа раньше, чем мне было нужно. Я согласилась из-за цены, в результате трансфер оказался не групповым, а индивидуальным, на Мерседесе, но я провела в аэропорту на полтора часа больше. Учитывая, что рейс задержали на час, я провела в аэропорту в общей сложности 6 часов. Мой совет: лучше организуйте себе трансфер сами, не рассчитывая на ресепшн.

Waar wij het meest van genoten hebben waren de avonden waar we met Nederlanders op het terras zaten. We waren daar voor het ek Twirling in Karlovy Vary. De omgeving is oud maar heeft wel iets. De schoonmaak was dramatisch. Zelf vragen om schone handdoeken elke dag, geen schoonmaak in de kamers, een kapotte douche die na zeer herhaaldelijk vragen gewoonweg niet gemaakt werd. De klantvriendelijkheid was niet top, behoorlijk matig eigenlijk.

Das mir der Hotelangestellte statt 66 Euro 132 Euro abknöpfen wollte. Man kann es ja mal versuchen. Badezimmer ok s.o und ganz viel Staub auf dem Schrank
