Close to metro and supermarket.

Bitten by the insect bedbug. After my second night in this hotel, I started getting lots of red spots on the skin which scratched and it became worse and worse after every night. I decided to go to doctor (Prague), the first question which the doctor asked me was where I live and I responded that in hotel, the doctor said that I was bitten by the insect bedbug who live in the mattress. I talked to the Hotel Menager but he didn´t do nothing about this, only gave me another room. It was the worst vacation I've ever had in my life and this happened between Christmas day and New Year.

Your team is nice and welcoming guests. Service is perfect, breakfast ecselent, having a shuttle to the air port is great. Thanks !!!

The rooms were gorgeous, and the beds were comfortable. Good location wise, right near the trams and shops and not too far from the new district. The restaurants and bars are right on your doorstep aswell.

The first room we were given didn't lock (room 36), the receptionist acted as though this wasn't a problem but an inconvenience we were pestering him with. When you've spent a lot of money and travelled all that way, you expect a bedroom that locks. The receptionists reaction when we asked to change rooms to a room that locked (a basic requirement really) he threw his hands up in the air, stood up and shouted 'whatever! I don't care!'. This put a dampener on our first night and our first impression of the hotel. This is the only thing we didn't like, however we feel it is a very big thing and could have been solved easily with an apology and offer of a safer room, but we as guests had to put the solution to him and repeatedly go down 3 floors to sort out the problem. Also, we feel the male receptionists dressed quite sloppy and informal for a 4 star hotel, just wearing t shirts... No real effort to appear smart, more like they were working at a hostel than a 4 star hotel.

Excellent location for local transport networks. Good value for money

No bar facilities. Inadequate storage & hanging space in the 'family' suites.

Breakfast was great, hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Power Shower. Local cheap cafes/restaurants but 15 mins to all the sights.

Tired decor needs refreshing. Not enough breakfast tables. Beds a little hard.

When we arrived, on reception they ask to pay 100% value in advance, and than we understood why - on next day at 10.00 we wanted to take our breakfast and it was impossible, because all tables was occupied. We asked for help and waiter told us that this is our problem...We waited 20 min (and another couple also) and than he began take off all food and informed us that breakfast is closed (it was till 10.30). We was very disappointed with this fact, it was on 31.12 and we paid around 170 euros for staying (normally in this hotel it is around 70 euros). We choose this hotel to be close to our friends and on 31.12 it was very difficult to find the alternative. It is normal two stars hotel, but never..never 4 stars.

ホテルはPraha Hlavni nadrazi（プラハ本駅）から、地下鉄C線のFlorenc駅まで行き、B線に乗り継いでAndel駅- まで行き、徒歩５分のところにあります。周辺には、スーパーマーケット、飲食店が数多くあり、とても便利で- す。最寄りの乗り場のAndelから地下鉄、トラムに乗れば、市内観光に簡単に出かけられます。ホテルのス- イートの部屋は清潔で、家族３人でも十分な広さでした。朝食も多くのハム、チーズに加えて、スクランブルエ- ッグ、ソーセージ、ベーコンなどの暖かいものがあり、とてもおいしかったです。また、プラハに行く機会があ- れば、利用したいです。

無料のwifiが部屋で利用できるのですが、回線がつながりにくかったです。

Nespolehlivý platební termínál - platba prošla snad až po 7 pokusu Dvířka sprchy nezachycovala veškerou vodu. Televize s několika málo zajímavými zahraničními kanály Nedobrá káva při snídani

Erinomainen sijainti metroaseman ja ratikkapysäkkien lähellä, mainio paikka lähteä aamulenkille tai -kävelylle Vltava-joen rantaan (200-300 m) tai ylös Petrinskyn puistoon (alle kilsa), reippaan kävelymatkan päässä turistikeskustasta, mutta ei turistikeskustan varjopuolia.Hyvä aamiainen, rauhallinen ja diskreetti. Hyvä hinta/laatusuhde.

Jos hakee ulkoisesti viehättävää sijaintia ja hienoja maisemia hotellihuoneen ikkunoista, tämä arkinen läpiajokadun varsi ei ole sellainen. (Mutta meitä ei haitannut.)
