Although arriving really late due to travel changes we were welcomed efficiently and were able to access our rooms quickly. The staff throughout our staff were really helpful and we felt the hotel to be a comfortable place to be whilst epxloring the sights of Prague. Breakfast was a little disappointing, but adequate, and whilst there was no restaurant at the hotel for evening meals there was an exceptionally good one only a few doors away. We wouldn't hesitate to return there again!

Lovely small hotel that looked exactly as good as the pictures did! Friendly staff, clean and modern rooms, good buffet breakfast and good travel links to the centre (pick up a tram route map from reception as the metro does not run everywhere in the city). Excellent value for money all in all and would definitely recommend. The hotel offers a taxi service from the airport which I would use again.

There was no bar or restrautant, so this would have been good or just the option of somewhere to order light food and drinks. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been the icing on the cake.

The rooms were gorgeous, and the beds were comfortable. Good location wise, right near the trams and shops and not too far from the new district. The restaurants and bars are right on your doorstep aswell.

The first room we were given didn't lock (room 36), the receptionist acted as though this wasn't a problem but an inconvenience we were pestering him with. When you've spent a lot of money and travelled all that way, you expect a bedroom that locks. The receptionists reaction when we asked to change rooms to a room that locked (a basic requirement really) he threw his hands up in the air, stood up and shouted 'whatever! I don't care!'. This put a dampener on our first night and our first impression of the hotel. This is the only thing we didn't like, however we feel it is a very big thing and could have been solved easily with an apology and offer of a safer room, but we as guests had to put the solution to him and repeatedly go down 3 floors to sort out the problem. Also, we feel the male receptionists dressed quite sloppy and informal for a 4 star hotel, just wearing t shirts... No real effort to appear smart, more like they were working at a hostel than a 4 star hotel.

Staropramenska is a ring road access to the center way - heavy traffic.

Quartos grandes, banheiro grande e bem equipado, tudo novinho e limpo.

хорошее расположение. не центр, но можно легко добраться до всех основных достопримечательностей. рядом станция метро, ж/д вокзал и автовокзал. номер чистый и комфортный. завтрак не очень разнообразный, но голодным не будешь. русскоговорящий персонал.

единственное, что не понравилось - персонал на ресепшене не очень приветлив. здоровается сквозь зубы. элементарная улыбка - не визитная карточка отеля, разговаривает как делает одолжение. но может это только такое отношение к русским.

No me ha gustado el servicio del hotel, reclamé varias cosas y no tuve ningún tipo de respuesta por parte del servicio. No tuve opción a poner una hoja de reclamaciones.

Molto pulito e ottima posizione vicino alla metropolitana e diversi locali interessanti.

Bagno molto piccolo.
