The staff was excellent !!! The owner really helpfull and friendly. From the beginning till the end we fellt that he is taking care about us. The local couisine in the restaurant - marvellous. The hotel is located on the main city plaza. The whole city is worth to see . Thank you all for your help.

The breakfast was taken from the menu - not to big choice, but it was understandable - we were the only one guests at that time. We receive everything what we need and the bellys stayed full :)

Excellent value for money. Good food and location

The chef was excellent, he makes one of the best apple strudels we have ever had anywhere in the world and the main courses were also very, very good. The room was very clean and with better lighting in the bathroom than we had in a 5 star hotel in Prague. The shower was easy to enter compared to the high sided bath tubs with shower that you often find in Europe.

Location and not much else, I'm afraid...but perhaps we were just not so lucky.

We chose this hotel over other places, as it had 4 stars and it advertised each room equipped with little luxuries like ipod docking station, cd player, slippers etc.There was nothing of that! When I asked for slippers for my elderly mother I was presented with a pair of dirty, old, worn out used slippers. I was so shocked that I didn't know how to react to that! Also, one of our rooms had a very strong naphtalene-like smell (same as moth balls). When we complained, the manager of the hotel suggested that it was us who brought the odour to the room on our...shoes! He did not apologise at all, istead - he kept on talking, saying that he keeps the hotel rooms very clean and how do I dare complain! Some kind of attitude! Sorry, it was our first and last time in that hotel...

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms, great traditional cooking and nice staff. Makes perfect place to dicover charming Kromeriz with its unesco heritage minuments and surrounding.

This hotel is an amazing place, spotless, friendly staff. Very welcoming, very helpful. We travelled with small baby (8 months) and did not book the cot in advance. The cot was in the room within 10 minutes of our arrival with clean sheets and beddings. Everything 100%, as well as value for money. Food was amazing and tasty, staff and the manager/owner went the extra mile to feel us welcome and at home. No pressure, no hidden cost. Location in the town centre, easy to get everywhere either for business or leisure. Would recommend and hoping to return.

The room was quite simple equiped not very comfortable, the bathroom very tight for 4 star hotel and with expired cosmetics.

Excellent service provided to us by the owner of the hotel. He even arranged extras for the breakfast and put parking ticket to our car to avoid paying of the any fines.

Location, friendly staff, cheap parking (actually free of charge during weekend) on public place in front of hotel (how unusual nowadays).

ich bekan als EZ die Nummer 202, das Bett (IKEA) war katastrophal, weil zu kurz !!!

чудесный отель, расположен на центральной площади городка кромержиж, в здании 16 века. при этом сам отель открыт в прошлом году - всё новое, везде очень чисто, уютные стильные номера. ни в одном отеле мы не встречали такой удобной постели! приветливые хозяева, wi-fi ловит везде, соотношение "цена-качество" выше всяких похвал!

минусов просто нет!

Výborné místo, člověk má na dlani centrum Kroměříže, nádherně upravené pokoje, slušná cena.

Krásně vybavené pokoje, nový interiér v historické duchu. Příjemný personál.

Výstupy kuchyně nebyly příliš přesvědčivé.

Hotel perfektně umístěný, personál/majitel velmi vstřícní, skvělá kuchyně.

Nepáčilo sa nám, že keď sme sa ubytovali v zimných mesiacoch, izba bola slabo vykurovaná- mali sme pocit chladu. ďalej sa nám nepáčili raňajky, nezodpovedali 4-hviezdičkovému hotelu, v izbe chýbal telefón (na fotografii bolo zobrazené, že každá izba obsahuje telefón, chýbali kozmetické produkty). Nepáčilo sa mi, že recepcia nebola oddelene bola súčasťou reštaurácie.

La pulizia, l'ambiente arredato con ottimo gusto e soprattutto la disponibilità della direzione grazie alla quale abbiamo potuto visitare luoghi interessante e vedere pure la tv italiana, cosa che altri alberghi in zona non hanno.
