Offering several thermal treatments and an indoor pool, this unique hotel looks like a pyramid. Surrounded by pine trees, it is located in the spa town of Františkovy Lázně. Lázeňský offers a bright conservatory, located under the glass top of the pyramid. There is also a panoramic sun terrace, with views of the surrounding park and of the small lake. Both restaurants of Lázeňský hotel Pyramida I serve local cuisine and can arrange special diet menus. For a pre-dinner drink, guests can visit the wine bar. A range of mud treatments and massages are available at the spa. It also offers laser therapy and several physiotherapy treatments. Very helpful and nice personal, well equipped and very clean rooms. Practically equipped bathroom (tilted toilet for comfort, seat in the shower, lot of shelves). Rich breakfast with wide variety of bakery products. No wifi, internet available only in small corner near reception. Hotel restaurant closes at 9pm and its kitchen at 8pm. There's no reasonable alternative to get dinner if you arriving after 8pm (only town center 2 or 3 kilometers far).

spokojenost s recepčními a personálem restaurace Velice nepříznivě jsme vnímali,že hotel v poměrně široké nabídce masáží a relaxačních procedur,kvůli kterým jsme jej v zásadě volili,zamlčuje,že v sobotu (o víkendu) není schopen nabídku vůbec dodržet.Rehabilitace nabídla pouze nezajímavé torzo.Chtěli jsme vše "pod jednou střechou".Takto jsme museli putovat s věcmi 20 min do jiného zařízení ve Františkových Lázních.Původně jsem rezervoval pokoj v Pyramidě I,abychom však mohli vše mít na dosah a nemuseli se převlékat,změnil jsem rezervaci na Pyramidu I ,i přes rozdíl v ceně.

Unsere Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Das Essen (wir hatten Halbpension) war ausreichend und abwechslungsreich. Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber. Auf der Speisekarte zum Abendbrot müsste jeden Tag ein vegetarisches Gericht dabei sein.

Het zou duidelijker moeten zijn dat het hier gaat om een kuurhotel! De gemiddelde leeftijd van de gasten lag volgens ons ver boven de 80!

Sehr gutes Restaurant, modernes Design, grosse helle saubere zimmer, sat-tv Zimmer sehr schlicht. Kein Wasser Kocher und Trinkwasser. Kein hotel-shuttle nach franzensbad, dadurch sehr schlechte Anbindung an weitere kurmoeglichkeiten, Restaurants und einkaufsmoeglichkeiten.

La chambre et son salon nous ont conquis car le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. L'hôtel est calme. Les repas et le petit-déjeuner sont très bons. Il manque la climatisation, mais les velux, une fois bien ouverts, permettent de bien aérer (6 velux tout de même, 3 dans la chambre et 3 dans le salon). Nous avons été désagréablement surpris par les horaires affichés pour le restaurant et le bar. Le restaurant est ouvert jusqu'à 21h, cela signifie que, si vous êtes encore en salle à cette heure là, le personnel éteint la musique, les lumières, l'ordinateur, ,la machine à café et vous fait comprendre que vos demandes sont malvenues et vous annonce la note sans ticket. Pour le bar, qui lui, est ouvert jusqu'à 21h30, nous y allons pour boire un café, il est 21h10. Pas possible, la machine est arrêtée et on nous fait aussi comprendre que nous sommes gênants... Drôles de moeurs... C'est la première fois sur tout notre séjour en République tchèque.

balkon, teplota v pokoji, přilehlý park personál: přístup číšníka v restauraci slušně řečeno neprofesionální (jeho drzost neměla mezí), pokud není k dispozici kuchař (nikdo nepovažuje za nutné tento fakt sdělit), je stravování v restauraci o zdraví. Špatně udělané, syrové maso, následně půl hodiny dodělávané, chuť hrozná! Úklid pokoje: pokud si chcete pospat déle než do 8 (což je v tomto hotelu považováno za zločin), připravte se na to, že ani klíč v zámku pokojským nezabrání vstupu do pokoje. recepce: při pobytu velice milá recepční, dnes hovor kvůli zcizené vývrtce, kterou jsme si měli údajně vypůjčit. To už je vrchol vší drzosti! Z těchto důvodů tento hotel zásadně nedoporučuji. hotel nemá wifi na pokoji restaurace otevřená do 9 hodin, ale raději se jí vyhněte obloukem
