The hot wine . mead and apple juice with nibbles in the bar. Closeness to all major sightseeing in Prague walking distance to most The barman from the Ukraine was friendly. The food in the Platina restaurant was good. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower water didn't flow away and we had to get someone up to fix it, the toilet roll holder came off the wall, and we had to provide our own bar of soap on the last night. No mirrors in main bedroom, but the room was spacious and clean. I felt the reception staff were a little cold, and not as friendly as in other reviews. |

The hotel staff were the best that I have ever encountered. They were friendly, helpful, welcoming - they could not have been any better. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location close to everything Prague has to offer. Great experience! The only improvement I could suggest to the hotel was that the bed could have been more comfortable. However, this would not deter me from going back. |

Centrally located but still quiet Hotel near the river, main turist spots, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Large rooms and new bathrooms. Great breakfast buffet! It offers a wide range of selections! (hot and cold) with assorted bread. Even fresh fruits, cereales, eggs & bacon and local traditional choices. Coffee is ok but for real coffee lovers also coffee can be ordered (on your own expenses) like Cappuccino, Espresso, Caffe Latte etc.. |

Very attentive and helpful staff. The shuttle from the airport is worth the 30euros for the excellent history lesson the driver gives on the way to the hotel. Breakfast is varied and abundant. There was no hot water one morning but this was fixed by the evening. |

Perhaps one of the best locations in Prague,on the river, fantastic views to the castle from certain suites,in the hub but quiet, short walk to National Theatre and Charles Bridge, all 4 city centre districts walkable.Staff very helpful,Great hotel car service at sensible price. Will go again! For a Four star Suite Mattress could be of a higher standard. but no big deal. |

Excellent location for all sightseeing and despite the hotel being quite small the facilties and attention to detail are excellent, we particularly liked the breakfast room down in the cellar. Didn't use the restaurant but from what we could see it looked really nice with a reasonably priced menu. |

The Staff were very helpful, and the Room I had was larger than I anticipated, with a wonderful view over the River to the Castle. I also enjoyed their afternoon tea in their courtyard. |

It's better not staying in this hotel if you don't want to take a shower with cold water. I stayed there for two nights but both of the night, I didn't get hot water when I took shower. I think you have no shower problem if you choose a new building which don't give you a nice view of the city. If the new building is occupied, you have to stay in the old building. I stayed there in the middle of August but already the shower had problem. To the people who travel in other seasons, I strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel if you don't want to catch a cold like me. When I checked out, they made me pay for the entire staying cost of two nights through this problem. I will never ever stay in this hotel for my life. |

The staff was very nice! Especially the porter who told us a lot of everythinig facts about the building of the hotel and the sightseeing. Our room was clean, well furnished, even with a small kitchen. A plate of fruit was a nice surprise :-) And the location is really great! |

Hotel Leonardo is in a perfect location-around the corner from tram 22 which takes you to the castle, and a short walk along the river to Stare Mesto, and Charles Bridge. Rooms are very comfortable, decorated with taste, and the bathrooms are outfitted with high quality modern fixtures. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast is enjoyed in the open air courtyard with a lovely fountain. There is the ability to make reservations to park your car in a covered garage. You can't go wrong with this choice. |
