Score from 1923 reviews Very good
Really nice place with a good location.
Unfortunately the garage was full and we had to park on the street. The positive side was that the staff was really helpful and gave us a spot in the street for free instead.
Good staff, very welcoming, great location
wi-fi eratic, awful music in the restaurant, breakfast downstairs (why?) - a bit claustraphobic.
wonderful views of the Castle and the river.
Staff was very very helpful and fluent in English Location was superb Room facilities, layout and amenities were superb We stayed at another 4 start hotel earlier and we were so disappointed with the service and attitude. I so wish I had stayed at Leonardo from the start....
There was nothing I can complain about in this hotel
Cozy and comfortable! Wonderful staff. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Great location. Good breakfast.
Location near the Charles Bridge.
The breakfast is basic, nothing more.
Location close to sights. Staff very helpful.
We had the family room. The bathroom was large and clean. The bathroom door stuck on floor when opening and that was annoying. The kitchen is in room with twin beds so not sure how safe that would be for young children. The bedspread did not look clean to me. Not sure what the other rooms are like.
all staff were most accommodating and polite
I would not recommend Classic rooms, they either had a window opening into a corridor with a window beyond or had a tiny dormer above eye level that you could not see out of. we had to upgrade to a Superior Room which was very nice
The hotel has old world charm and is really nice. Super location. Most major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Large spacious rooms with modern bathroom. Wifi in the room. Very nice breakfast.
Parking is very expensive, but 15 min. walk from the hotel, at the other site of the river, you can park for free.
1) close to charles bridge 2) nice room 3) great staff 4) very good taxi service
1) spiders, don't open the windows! they are everywhere in the city actually when i was there in July
The staff were very helpful at check-in, explaining not only hotel policies but they also gave us an introduction to Prague and the main sights. Great service. We had breakfast in the lovely sunny courtyard each morning. Our room was on the top floor, the ceilings were a bit low but it was designed in a way that it felt cozy but not cramped. Good value for money, central location for tourists.
Wifi was in and out at times. The windows could have used a cleaning, ours had cobwebs on them and one evening a not-small spider fell on the bed!
Compared to its competitors in the 4* bracket, the Hotel Leonardo is relatively affordable, has an amazing location which is directly in the centre of Prague and within walking distance of all of the major sights, and yet also down a relatively quiet street without many bars which would attract night-time noise. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone (particularly travelling alone or as a couple) who is more interested in taking in the culture of the city than indulging in the nightlife, although the bar did also look good.
Nothing, I was entirely satisfied
Great location. Nice breakfast and hotel strictly recommended!
Reasonable price. The location is really the best.
The room on the side of the river was a bit noisy, and unfortunately there seems to be an infestation of spiders all along the banks and some of them went into the room.
Location was good. Clean and nice hotel.
Reception calls fake taxies! Two times went to the same place and price difference was in 4 times. Last driver had no taximeter and refused to write me a receipt. I called to the hotel and asked for explanaition. They promised to find out and call me back. Unfortunately they didn't until now. This happened after check out.
Most major attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has old world charm and I really loved it. There was a pianist playing in the restaurant area on Friday night which was lovely. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Location was just blocks from Charles Bridge but still off the busiest streets so less noisy. Breakfast was above average (eggs, cheese, deli meats, breads, etc.). Very nice outdoor patio area for eating breakfast.
Wifi could have been stronger and if I had it to do over I would have taken a cab from main train station - place was mildly challenging to find walking.
Nice location, friendly staff, tasty food and good atmosphere. I can recommend to all Prague's visitors.
The service, lounge, and duplex suite room.
AC and bugs
Everything -spirit -location -breakfast -personnel -piano music - ...
great breakfast buffet and friendly staffs.
Excellent location, very close to most important places we want see. The breakfast was also very good. The staff also excellent, always ready to help us if we needed some help and always with a smile.
The staff were excellent, gave advice about things to do in Prague, without being pushy. They booked a jazzboat trip for us; and collected opera tickets that were delivered for us. The location is excellent. Breakfast room was good. And our room had a kettle, which is excellent!
The wifi had serious problems; email did not work, and wifi generally was very frustrating. The covers were too heavy (common problem in Europe - an optional sheet would be great)
Stayed here for one night only. The location was great. Very close to charles bridge. Breakfast was. Salso great.
