A really lovely hotel to stay in. The hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient and the hotel's decor and comfort were of a high standard. Although the walk into Prague old town was about 20 minutes it was well worth it for the peace the location of the hotel provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good decoration and free of charge for Mini bar No free wi-fi, little far away from the old town, and the break fast is disaster which did not suitable for 5star hotel at all, everything is not fresh especially for the fruits. We have the dinner in restranunt ,but make us very disappointed, high price but with poor quality .

This was a fantastic hotel. The room was wonderful and the staff very attentive. The room rate was very reasonable for a luxury 5-star hotel and included a nice buffet breakfast. We were surprised to hear that the mini-bar was free and restocked daily. We had to leave at 4 a.m. to get to the airport. The staff arranged for a limousine for transportation (at a rate comparable to taxi service) and even prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take with us. We would definitely recommend Hotel Le Palais to others and would be happy to return there ourselves. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk into the center of town - but the hotel does provide a free shuttle service.

The staff were very friendly, I liked that they provided us with a tour of the hotel, rooms and facilities during check in. They were also very helpful in looking for restaurants for us to eat in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable stay. The location was a far from the Old Town - it was a 45min walk there.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The building. The staff. The room. The veiw. The food. We absolutely could not fault this hotel in anyway and we highly recommend this to any couple who wish to stay in Prague. This was a real value for money luxury break.

The hotel is placed in a quiet residential area, 15 minutes walking distance from city center. For those who love the classic style, the hotel looks great. It is in fact, a former palace. The staff was very friendly and cooperative. You have to pay extra to have Internet access.

A most wonderful hotel, a trip for 50th birthday on which day the hotel staff provided numerous extra treats including champers and chocs in the room. Excellent value for money, would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff superb and really made us feel special.

The service is top notch and food is superb. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and commodious. This is a first class hotel and a wonderful place to stay if you want a luxurious getaway while touring an interesting city. The location, while a bit out of the way, was quiet and residential which we appreciated since we like lots of sleep while traveling. The hotel has a an intimate, cozy feel, like staying in a family castle. The chef is brilliant (I have never tasted swordfish quite as succulent!) And dining area is lovely, particularly the outside terrace on a nice day. We appreciated the staffs help in providing us with transportation by luxury bmw to town and train on a moments notice. The welcome cocktail and chocolate on our pillows was a nice touch.

An excellent hotel. Service minded and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Classic interior style. Clean and tidy. Great surroundings with a nice view from the restaurant/ terrace. Free shuttle car (bmw) to the city centre. 5-Star quality through and through. We will be stying at this hotel next time in Prague. A bit far from the city centre. About 8 min walk to the tube/city tram. The wine list at the restaurant was dominated by Austrien wines.

The building and the transformation of an old palace-like house are specially nice. The service is profesional and very helpful. Very good stay. Constructive details: The lights command in the room should not be one for all without option. TV could have more channels available and be more modern.A great stay anyway!
