Hotel Le Palais  

The hotel is located in an elegant neighborhood about 20 minutes by foot from the crowded city center. If walking is out of the question, public transportation is nearby. The staff of the hotel go out of their way to make guests happy. Staying at Le Palais was one of the best hotel experiences ever.

Having seen Wnselas Square and the area around Charles Bridge (lovely but packed with tourists) to be a 10 minute taxi ride away (or tram....take a day ticket ans see the city easily and on the cheap), this hotel was a delight. Underground parking and superb staff. Details from a bygone era as well (shoes left out at night were cleaned). Beautifully fitted and Martinj on recption was charming and incredibly helpful. Very comfortable beds/linen etc and maid service fastidious Free mini bar - such a civilised idea Very good breakfast

We had dinner in the hotel on one bnnight with a 20% discount coucher. On that basis it was good but at full price it would have been excessive. Parts of the tasting menuwere superb but other parts (eg the duck) a little prosaic

The staff were very friendly, I liked that they provided us with a tour of the hotel, rooms and facilities during check in. They were also very helpful in looking for restaurants for us to eat in. The rooms were very clean and comfortable stay.

The location was a far from the Old Town - it was a 45min walk there.

Simply delightful, excellent facilities and staff, nothing was too much, would have no hesitation in staying at the hotel again or recommending this to anyone.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The building. The staff. The room. The veiw. The food. We absolutely could not fault this hotel in anyway and we highly recommend this to any couple who wish to stay in Prague. This was a real value for money luxury break.

A really lovely hotel to stay in. The hotel staff were all very friendly and efficient and the hotel's decor and comfort were of a high standard. Although the walk into Prague old town was about 20 minutes it was well worth it for the peace the location of the hotel provided. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Good decoration and free of charge for Mini bar

No free wi-fi, little far away from the old town, and the break fast is disaster which did not suitable for 5star hotel at all, everything is not fresh especially for the fruits. We have the dinner in restranunt ,but make us very disappointed, high price but with poor quality .

The service is top notch and food is superb. The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and commodious. This is a first class hotel and a wonderful place to stay if you want a luxurious getaway while touring an interesting city. The location, while a bit out of the way, was quiet and residential which we appreciated since we like lots of sleep while traveling. The hotel has a an intimate, cozy feel, like staying in a family castle. The chef is brilliant (I have never tasted swordfish quite as succulent!) And dining area is lovely, particularly the outside terrace on a nice day. We appreciated the staffs help in providing us with transportation by luxury bmw to town and train on a moments notice. The welcome cocktail and chocolate on our pillows was a nice touch.

An excellent hotel. Service minded and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Classic interior style. Clean and tidy. Great surroundings with a nice view from the restaurant/ terrace. Free shuttle car (bmw) to the city centre. 5-Star quality through and through. We will be stying at this hotel next time in Prague.

A bit far from the city centre. About 8 min walk to the tube/city tram. The wine list at the restaurant was dominated by Austrien wines.

The service was excellent!! Very attentive staff, clean and very comfort room. It was a real treat!
