Everything was great. The gym facilities were excellent so was the breakfast. Loved the complimentary mini bar. Wud def stay there again.

Avoid the rooms facing the railroad

Extremely professional and helpful staff; very tasteful and luxurious rooms and lobby; quiet location in a "real neighborhood" (rather than tourist-packed center).

I have to search for faults! Could use fresher bread and rolls at breakfast...that's all!

A little outside city centre, but okay 1 km from a metro/tram station

Liked everything else apart from the size of the bedroom!

The size of the bedroom - it is too small for a 5 star hotel. All the hotels I have stayed in in the past, be it 3 or 4 star, the bedrooms were much bigger. If one goes by the size of the bedroom then this hotel will not be awarded a 5 star! There should have been at least two comfortable chairs instead of one.

A lovely hotel is ideally situated just a short tram or metro ride from the Old Town. . The staff were friendly and attentive and the overall service was excellent. The room was beautifully decorated and furnished and the bed both comfortable and enormous! A great from which base to explore all that Prague has to offer. Thoroughly recommended.

Everything was perfect! The staff was very kind, the room was well equipped by everything you could need - good bed, many sorts of pillows, dressing gone, sleepers, kettle with range of tee and coffe. At breakfast we lacked only the sounds of the harp! Free minibar and WI-FI. So, it was best for that money!

Location. Quite far from the center.

We chose this hotel because it was away from the busy centre, but still within minutes walk/tram ride of the shops/bars/coffee shops.

Unable to spend time in the bar as the air was too smokey. This could be becausewe are from Scotland where indoor public spaces have been smoke free for some years.

Expensive wine

The staff was amazing!!! you can feel all the effort that was put in their actions to try and serve you up to the best possible standard. The manager sent us an e-mail after booking just to make sure if we had any special requests and they offered us discounts on pre-booked spa packages. Rooms and keys were ready on arrival. The staff was expecting us and waiting. We were late one of the days for breakfast and to be honest the staff went out of their way and made sure we were served breakfast even after closing hours without missing a single items from the buffet. They honestly kept the breakfast area open for us 30 minutes after closing time.

Nothing really everything was smooth.

It was absolutely beautiful Hotel, with a fantastic staff! I will rebook to stay there again in the future.

Having stayed at Le Palais previously we had high expectations. Yet again the hotel and staff exceeded those expectations right from the moment we arrived at the hotel. We were greeted by courteous and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. We were given a wonderful suite (Tower Suite) with fantastic views. To anyone else staying I would highly recommend you use the hotel limousine service to get around as the cars and drivers are clean, fresh, comfortablke and very courteous. And only fractionally more costl;y than the hot and smelly yellow cabs (unfortunately we had no option on two occasions to use those and it was not nice - smelly drivers and on one occasion they tried to dupe us by taking us the long way round - we outsmarted them as we actually knew the way)

As our visit was combined with a business meeting, the only downside was that our stay was far too short. We sincerely look forward to visiting both Praguie and Le Palais again in the not too distant future.

Really exclusive hotel, ideal for honeymoon or anniversaries. Excellent breakfast - it is possible to enjoy your breakfast in the terrace where is beatiful view. The gym was very well equipped and the spa was really nice. The hotel is situated a bit far from the city center (20 minutes by foot) but as we like to walk this wasn't any problem. There is also free shuttle three times to city center to those who don't like to walk.

Generally the staff was very friendly and helpfull but one morning one waitress was quite unfriendly. In a five star hotel you don't expect to see this kind of behaviour. But as there was only this one unfriendly waitress I ranked the staff to exellent.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Location was nice, but a little out-of-town. The complementary shuttle service to Wensesclas Sq. was very useful. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.

Good hotel for relaxing

Lovely quaint hotel, small enough to feel personal with excellent service and facilities.

Simply a lovely hotel that lives up to its promise.

From the moment we walked through the entrance of the hotel we felt liked valued guests! The reception personnel were very warm, inviting friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of the hotels facilities before being shown to our amazing room. The room was perfect extremely clean and well presented. The bathroom even had underfloor heating which we didn't need throughout our stay as the weather was perfect! Which meant the air conditioning went down very well! The mini bar was well stock and free!!! The turn down service each night was really lovely! Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. I will definitely return!!!

WIFI and hotel internet access was too expensive (should be fee in this category hotel). Restaurant was expensive.
