Very helpful staff, complimentary mini-bar and airport transfer (one way). Food in the restaurant was far too salty which ruined the dinner we had, really poor for a 5star hotel. The package included airport transfer by one of the hotel's cars, this was only one way though and they wanted 1000crowns (£40) to take us back, I thought this was a bit of a cheap trick. |

Staff very helpful & friendly. Room spacious and very comfortable. Free mini-bar a welcome bonus and very much appreciated. The organised transport to & from the Airport worth while. Very enjoyable if a little expensive. Is about 15 mins to Wencelaus Square, which was not a problem, as we made good use of public transport (tram). Put a non-slip mat in the bathroom - a small detail, but important to older visitors in particular. |

Gratis afhaling bij aankomst en de hartelijke ontvangst. Lekker eten en zeer vriendelijk personeel.Jammer dat er geen pendeldienst is naar de stad, omdat het hotel toch een beetje outside ligt.(vooral bij slecht weer) |

El personal, el edificio, la decoración, el lobby bar. El silencio que se respira, se duerme sin ruidos. No está centrico, está en la zona universitaria de Praga, para ir al centro historico tendrás que coger taxi. |

Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und höflich. Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist vorbildlich. Die Zimmer sehr hübsch. Leider ist das Personal allerdings auch manchmal ziemlich langsam. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums und der Weg zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist relativ weit. |
