The staff were helpful and friendly. Extensive view of the city from the room. Wide choice breakfast buffet including cooked. Firm but V. comfortable beds Room decor very unusual - dim, orange lighting, skimpy curtains on huge windows. Tropical seascape on one wall. Some receptionist staff very little English -others V. good |

location dark in the temporary room for breakfast - thought you had problems with electricity but just before we left staff came and switched the light on! It was very dark. |

Good hotel, 30 second walking to the main square and two main streets. Safe city. I´ve paid 50 euros for a night. Cheap parking. Very nice staff Two beds together instead 1 king size. |

The hotel had been renovated since my last visit, for good purpose. Now the room was nice and everything worked. I was especially happy with the well working cable internet connection from the room (LAN). The WLAN in the public areas was good enough for surfing. The location is very good just next to the market squere. The car park was easy and safe, once I found my way there, which was not that easy. There's a nice view from the roof terrace. The booking system seemed to be somewhat out of date, making the checking in and out quite slow. The brakefast wasn't overwhelming, where the price for the room must be kept in mind, in 5 star hotels the brakefast alone would cost the same. |

Very friendly and helpful reception. Room was small. Breakfast was basic but OK. A typical tourist hotel in the Czech Republic. Better directions from the bus station. It took me some time finding the hotel and not many people knew where it was, but language may have been a factor in this. |

Very friendly staff on reception. Rooms were nicely refurbished. Rooms on the inside of the building are lovely and quiet (according to my travel companion). An easy tram ride from the station. My room, on the street side, was a bit noisy. Hot temperature outside so could do with a fan of some sort in the room. |

Location was downton, so real good. Staff was very nice and friendly and room large and clean with comfortable bed. Although the hotel faces the main street I would not say it is noisy, indeed. Good breakfast. I minor thing would be to have curtains to darken the room along the wondows, at least at 6 o' clock am you are not waken up by sun rising :) |

Situation au centre ville, parking à l'hôtel et pas cher, salle de bains correcte pour la catégorie dans les chambres rénovées Petit déjeuner plus que moyen, suite à cela nous avons préferés prendre tous nos repas à l'extérieur. La télé pour un français ne sert pas! Pas de changement de linge de toilettes durant le séjour. Prix de la chambre même à 58 euros reste élevé pour le standing de l'établissement en saison creuse et dans une ville sans intérêt. D'ailleurs le prix annoncé sur booking ne correspond pas au prix appliqué en courrones, vu le taux de change appliqué par l'hôtel que l'on paye en espèces ou par carte. Ce problème est d'ailleurs presque systématique dans ce pays. |

Personal muy amable, su ubicacion, centrico, la amplitud de la habitacion aunque sencilla. el ruido de las ambulancias, hay un hospital cercano, algunos del personal solo hablaban aleman. |

Das Hotel ist mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Man kommt problemlos überall hin und kann super einkaufen, da sich genau gegenüber ein Einkaufszentrum befindet. Das Personal spricht Deutsch und Englisch und ist wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen (angeblich) bewachten Parkplatz, man muss also keine Parkmöglichkeiten suchen. Das Mitbringen von Hunden ist problemlos und kostet nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Speisekarte ist am Wochenende und am Montag unheimlich reduziert, das Frühstück eher fad. Das für mich unakzeptabelste war allerdings, das "Bitte nicht stören"-Schilder einfach missachtet werden. Man denkt doch, das während der eigenen Abwesenheit niemand das Zimmer betritt, solange das Schild draußen hängt. Falsch - leider. |

Very good position in city centre. Interesting design of rooms. Internet free of charge. Old fashioned reception and hotel corridors. Poor breakfast and waiter not ready in the morning. |

Das renovierte Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Es liegt zudem direkt an einem Einkaufscentrum. Frühstück ist o.k. Die abgeschlossene Parkmöglichkeit ist von Vorteil. Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. |

Příjemná dáma v recepci, dobře uklizený pokoj, pestrá a bohatá snídaně, možnost parkování u hotelu. Překvapilo mne, že hotelová kuchyně vaří pouze do 19:30. Asi je to dáno obložeností hotelu, případně blízkostí několika restaurací (pivnic) v blízkém okolí. |

Bardzo szybka i sprawna obsluga. Personel życzliwy, mówiący po angielsku, lokalizacja bardzo dobra, szczególnie jak się podróżuje do Pragi. śniadania zaczynają sie od 7.00, jednak lepiej by było od 6.30 |
