goede locatie, schoon 1. geen frisse lucht op de kamer (ramen konden niet open); 2. slecht ontbijt; 3. geen douchegordijn of deuren, en de hele badkamer nat na de douche (leuk voor nummer 2 in de badkamer); 4. geen makkelijk toegankelijke internet faciliteit ("contact the reception") |

Zeer centrale ligging van het hotel. Zeer rustig hotel. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Communicatie over taxiservice van vliegveld naar hotel en terug zeer goed en correct. fitness en sauna was niet inclusief voor hotelgsten. En prijs voor gebruik hoog. |

Hotel is situated just on the border of Old Town and New Town, making it ideal for visiting both areas. Our apartment (2 floors) was very large and beautifully decorated. We had a full bath and an additional toilet room which was convenient for our family of 4. Breakfast was adequate for our needs. Request for additional pillows was met without hesitation. The only real complaint is that the beds are very hard (firm). As a result, we requested additional pillows which made the situation better. It is a beautiful hotel but really should have softer mattress tops. Also, our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned each day as is common in other hotels. |

Great location. Spacious and high-ceiling room with decent decoration. -No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. -The street in front of hotel (28 rijna) is for pedestrians only and cars and taxies are not allowed to go. Taxi stopped at the corner of Jungmanova street and we had to walk about 150 meters with heavy luggage. |

Hotel is in city centre, perfect location. Rooms are soundproof from outside noise. Good breakfast. |

Excellent Location within easy walking of all the sights to see. Polite and helpful staff. Lack of tea/coffee facilities both in room and in the lounge. |
