Close to tram station and 5 minutes walk to Charles bridge
Not clean, good for students, kitchen with no kettle, no shampoo
Good location, safe and quite, in the heart of Mala strana. Good breakfast (included) and breakfast time flexible.
They changed room (the same to other guys) after the first night without notice, i entered in the room and guests who were there didn't expect me. I found my stuff moved to new room. Anyway reception apologized , they forgot to tell me.
near to the castle and other main interestes Big room with four beds and one baby cot One kitchen with necessary cook tools
Old and outdated and even little dirty room Poor facility and lazy housekeeper (can it be called cleaning by just folding the bath towel even ignoring the toilet paper on the floor not mention make the bed and clean the floor） not easy to reach only by subway Poor and too simple breakfast Would not go there if back to Prague again
Location near Karlov Most and tram. Lots of space. Friendly staff.
Breakfast room too small when it is busy. Only one combined bathroom/toilet per room. When fully occupied long waiting times.
- Location!!! View!!! - Staff! Very nice and helpful! - Size of room! - Fully equiped kitchen, which makes it easy and affordable to stay for a longer time. - Atmosphere. Nice room and a nice court yard. Nice old building. - WiFi or Computer Room. - Comfortable bed. - Good and better than expected breakfast buffet.
The room seemed to be clean when we first got there but the bed sheets, which seemed to be clean, just didn't feel like it when acutally in them. Maybe they were not changed for a one night stay, which would be a shame. Other than that, the room was really tidy and clean. Bathroom only to be shared with one other room whose inhabitants did not know how to use a shower curtain and flooded the whole bathroom, but I guess you have to expect that when you share and it is not the hotel's fault.
Very good place where is located this hotel, everything is near. when we made check out, we could leave our bags for some hours in the hotel.
It was interesting smell in the room
Location not good... Not suggest
Location, Big room with kitchen
Very bad wifi, unhelpful staff (they cannot recommend good places to visit and cannot give much information.)
Location, quiet, price
Not enough room to sit for breakfast, breakfast was just fair
the boss give me back the £20 deposit back since I make the broken half of key out of the lock!
no information about the £20 deposit before booking
Internet, no TV and small bed.
Nice staff Central to all sightseeing places Cheap
Nothing to complain
- location and building - price - size of the family room
- no TV or wlan in the room
Good location except for parking
Poor customer service, inconsistent information & inflexible. Despite shabby grey towels, broken garbage can & shower drain, we were charged for a key that broke after one evening of normal use (500 CZK or 20 EUR) Booking included our children (4 and 6) in room & breakfast was included in room rate until arriving, when we had to pay 5 EUR per child per day. Being cheated out of 40 EUR tainted our trip to Prague (we may not ever go back) & advise you not to stay here unless you like key roulette!
Location & staff
The city is not friendly to tourists. Very strange to pay fee to churchs No free public toilets not even inside tourist's spots with entrance fees
The best hostel in Prague!!!!!
Nothing to complain
1) The caretaker is attentive. 2) Nostalgic exterior decoration 3) 5mins to Prague Castle 4) Computer room
1) Furnishing are old and run down
Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Location was amazing, right in the heart of the old town. Very authentic building to experience the culture of Prague in! Not the most updated but had a cozy home like charm. I loved it.
The curtains didn't cover all of the window so a lot of light from the street poured in. The wifi was a bit slow at times but worked.
The location is great, with a lot of shops, cafes and bars nearby. In 5 minutes on foot you can reach Charles Bridge. The room and beds are comfortable and I had a very good sleep. The staff is very caring and does everything to help you have a good stay. You have free internet thru all of the property also. Breakfast is ok. Great value for the money.
The wireless internet had a good speed but didn't worked in the entire room. We needed to stay near the door to get a good signal.
The hotel was perfectly located so you can explore the old town and was clean as well.
The towels had stains Breakfast was poor Wi-fi was poor in the rooms The breakfast was poor and if you're a vegetarian like us you won't enjoy at all as you can eat only cheese and something like yogurt... Upon arrival they asked us for a deposit of 500 czech cronas (which was not mentioned at the time of the reservation) which they promised! to refund in euro as I explained them that at check-out we won't need Czech currency as we are leaving however the lady at the reception told that this was not possible and they always return the deposit in their local currency.
Everything were top.location of the hotel is excellent, great value for money. Hotel is very secure so ideal even for family with kids.
One thing but that wasn't probably fault of hotel, but I should pay exact 400 on booking but final bill on my card when I came home was 420
short walking-distance to all interesting places; friendly staff; spacious room
noisy surrounding day and night; bed broke on first sitting;
This room had seven beds! And a small veranda/deck overlooking the street behind the square. Magical! Great location in Mala Strana.
The location is perfect, between the castle and Charles bridge. We had a great view of the castle from our room. Staff friendly and very helpful. We had a massive room, with high ceilings, beds were comfy and the shared bathroom was reasonably clean.
The internet connection was very slow and only worked outside the reception. The "clean towels" we were given each day had blood stains on more than once. The floor was dirty. Don't walk bare foot! Extremely noisy all night, but worth it for location.
