Personnel is helpful, location is relatively close to metro (5-10 mins walk)

Rooms are old, furniture is in bad condition, carpet is weary. The pictures of the hotel do not correspond to the reality - hotel looks way much better on them (thanks to photoshop I guess). When we booked double, the room they put us in was much smaller than on the picture and it did not have table, chairs etc. tv remote was broken... We had to argue with the manager to put us in the better room, and to their honor, they did it next day. Breakfast was ugly, no cereal, only corn flakes.. No scrambled eggs, just boiled.. And one day they didnt have even boiled eggs, b/se the provider hadnt bring them! One more thing, be aware it doesnt have air condition, only fan.. Could be very hot in summer. Not a 4 star hotel, 3 at a max

It stunk of smoke.

1- No air-conditioning 2- they don't reserve the parking for you in advance. You can only park if they have free parking at your arrival 3-very dirty and old floor 4- very average breakfast 5-the dinner does not have quality 6-not a clean room (absolutely not a clean bathroom) 7-they is no lift from the first floor to the ground level 8- a 4 star hotel has only one chair for children in the restaurant! If you are late for the breakfast, your child doesn’t have chair anymore, as most likely another family with baby are having the chair. 8- it should be a 3(minus) hotel and much more. Do not waste your money!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us buy tickets to the opera when we stayed there. The room was very clean, although not much of a view. The breakfast was included, which was a buffet and quite good. This included coffee/tea, cereal, toast, eggs, ham slices, fruit, yogurt, and much else. For a backpacker that was touring Prague, this was perfect. We paid a little more than staying at a cheaper, 10-per- room hostel, (5euros more per night) but we got our own lovely room and it was well worth it. About 20 minute walk south of the National Museum, so not the best location. But overall great.

The hotel was great, the rooms are big and spacious, the staff is very helpful, and is great located near the square in the heart of prague and the train station.

The breakfast is not great but is ok.

The price was fair, the front desk could get you a taxi to the center of the city in about 5 minutes and usually cost around 300czk. The front desk was always very helpful with anything we needed. I drove in from Germany and they allowed me to park my car for my whole stay right in front of the hotel.

The upstairs was very warm, a fan was provided but it still got pretty hot. The internet didn't work on the fifth floor. Breakfast wasn't the greatest.

have enough space, especially for big luggage. Nice staff.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious and luxuriously furnished. Location was excellent, a short walk from underground station I.P. Pavlova. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely return.

The selection in breakfast could have been better though it was still very good and varied.

Pleasant atmosphere, good location, helpful staff and ample breakfast.

Walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbours...........

everywhere in the hotel bit cold...heating in my room and breakfast room didnt work at all! but for me not a big problem
