Your receptionist Zdenek is very friendly and although there were pratically no guests in the hotel, he waited for me to come back until 1:00 am before retiring himself and getting up early again. There should be a fridge in teh deluxe room.

Nette Mitarbeiter des Hotels machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.Zimmer sind gut und das Frühstück war lecker.Mit einem Kleinbus kann man sich bis in die Stadtmitte von Prag bringen lassen.Auch dieser Service klappte sehr gut(ist natürlich nicht kostenlos).Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.Wir kommen gerne wieder! Hotel befindet sich zwischen Plattenbauden und einem Zuckerwerk.Wer also Wert auf bessere Umgebung legt sollte die Stadtmitte von Melnik bevorzugen.Dort kosten Zimmer aber das Doppelte.

the breakfast is not bad， the staff is frendly, also enough parking place. there is a small black-white television in the room, the 3 bed -room is very narrow, the whole room include toilete is about 16 square meter,need to drive about 40 min. to the city center.

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer waren alt und dreckig. Im Bad war überall Schimmel. Die größe des Zimmers war einen 3 Sterne Hotel nicht angemessen. Wir fahren seit über 10 Jahren 2 mal im Jahr in den Urlaub meist Kurzurlaub oder Rundreise. Dies war bis jetzt das schlechteste 3 Sterne Hotel was wir je hatten. Auch der Versuch die Visa Karte zweimal zu belasten ( Hotelpreis 2 mal zu kassieren) finde ich sehr dreist.
