Hotel has very good location in the central spa area. Staff is very friendly. The rooms clean and modern furnished, nice and spacious bath in the Lux-double room we have had. Free wifi on the room. Lift out of order, empty minibar, room for breakfeast could be larger (but in the summer you can have your breakfast on the terrace). For seniors can be a problem to get up the abrupt stairs to the breakfast room. |

The location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, the room was nice and clean, we had a great value for the price! Maybe it was our bad luck, but the bathroom ran out of hot water at 11pm :( |

Excellent location, just in the hart of the old Karlovy Vary, a few steps away from the famous Hotel Pupp (remember Casino Royal?)Very friendly staff, helping me with a parking place few blocks away from the hotel, in an area where parking might be an adventure. |

Good location. Nice large clean room and bathroom. Good value Very limited facilities..literally just a room and a basic breakfast. No spa or fitness facilities. No bar or restaurant, or even a lounge. Main Staff very friendly verging but auxilliary staff very miserable and disinterested |

The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the historical centre, right on the river close to lots of restaurants, yet the hotel is quiet. It is easy to get to the walking trails in the hills from the hotel and into town and the hotel makes a good, clean and comfortable base for exloring this very beautiful town. My single room was very small but was clean and had everything I needed for 2 nights. |

This is a small but a cosy hotel just close to the Grandhotel Pupp. We liked staying in it. It is clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly. I wish breakfasts be more nourishing and various. And the bed in our luxiourios room was not wide enough and rigid. |

Staying at the hotel just before the beginning of the season, the hotel wasn't full at all, and Jana the receptionist kindly granted us an upgrade. The room was really large, clean, calm and comfortable. Jana was really helpful and her energic & enthusiactic temper was really nice and fun. She gave us real good advice especially for restaurants. |

Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta, czyste i przytulnie urządzone pokoje, dobre i obfite śniadania, miły i pomocny personel, bezpłatny internet (wi-fi). Osobiście polecamy i bardzo miło wspominamy tam pobyt :) Jedyną niedogodnością jest brak parkingu pod hotelem (w samym mieście mała ilość miejsc parkingowych), wybierając się tam samochodem lepiej wcześniej dać znać o tym fakcie na recepcji, możliwość rezerwacji parkingu 10 euro/dzień. |

Zentrale Lage Mitarbeiter waren schlecht ausgebildet, uninformiert,überfordert.Die äußeren Umstände des Frühstücks waren sehr unzulänglich: Winziger Raum unter der Dachschräge, nur über enge Wendeltreppe erreichbar. Kein deutsches oder englisches Fernsehprogramm verfügbar. |
