Hotel was very clean and staff were very helpful. Not on the main street so quiet. Because I was in a wheelchair I had to use the garage access which I had to find a member of staff to open for me whenever I wanted to leave, staff where helpful with this but I did have to wait for a member of staff to let me out sometimes if they were busy. |

The hotel was in a good position, great access to the shopping & nightlife The room's were not the cleaness, the sauna took over 4 hours to be prepared and the staff sometimes were rude & ignorant. |

great location, just off one of the main street where you can find excellent restaurants and shops, friendly staffs and helpful. Police station just opposite, very safe! The hotel breakfast is not very good, only little variety, especially the juices, taste like they have added water into it. Parking could be a problem around the hotel, we stopped our car at the side looking for signs to go to the hotel's parking(which is not visible), but it was a police parking(we couldn't read it, is in czech)we only stopped for 2 mins, and they fined us 1000 czech krown even... |

Opposite the main train station so if you are arriving in Prague by train it is excellent. Central and within walking distance to most sights. Helpful and friendly staff. Also good money changer/exchange on street. Breakfast was sufficient. |

The hotel is value for money. Location is very convenient and good for business travellers to Prague. The breakfast was very nice and staff was very generous. |

The hotel is not far from the main street, and/or most interest places The hotel crew didn't help to much in the first day, and the breakfast is so good, so far, have to go early if we want to have good food. |

great hotel only 5 min from the square and away from the noise,good staff and willing to help you with getting around. problem with the exchange rate,working out more expensive than i was quoted reported this to staff and later on they returned the difference |

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. They are ready to assist you at anytime for instant if you want to book a local tours. The gym was very small,very limited equipment available. |

The hotel is very conveniently located just a few minutes walk from the Central Station, and yet offered me quiet stay in a nicely renovated cozy room with a double-glazed window open to a courtyard. Some tip would be of help to those who wish to have free internet connection in the hotel. |

close to center, very clean, rooms big, vele for the money, i paid 90 EUR for night for 2 persons for a hotel with 4 stars, suuuper. small parking place, and you have to pay extra 20 eur for night |

Nice room for the money. My TV did not work in my room. However, the Internet connection from my room was very, very poor. The Internet connection in my room was very,very poor. For a business traveller this is not good. Even though I paid for my connection in my room, I had to go to the lobby to make it work. |

Location is perfect with a short waking distance from down town and metro/tram stations, Breakfast buffet had lots of varieties and good quality. room space and design is very nice, reception staff was helpful. good for family, I recommend it. I recommend if you have children you make it clear with the hotel reservation about if it will be free or you will pay extra because we had some misunderstanding concerning this issue and the customer service of booking. com thankfully solve it. although hotel staff is working very hard but they are not smiling (reception and waiters) |

Good location (close to main railway station, but on quite calm street), 10 min walk from old city and walking distance from all other main attractions. Good breakfast. Terrible smell in bathroom, not accaptable in 4 stars hotel!!! |
