It must improve its cleaning practices in the room. The bathroom door although modern, doesn't give any privacy, and makes horrible sounds when opening, which is really disturbing if your partner is asleep. |

The hotel staff, esp. at reception, was most helpful and gave information when requested. Some even went the extra mile arranging dinners & transfers, even if it meant calling abroad! On my first day of stay, the bathroom had been stocked with toiletries. On the following days, there were no more toiletries, w/c is not common practice on most other hotels which replenish your toiletries. |

Good location, unusual and trendy hotel Beds uncomfortable, a double bed was actually two singles pushed together. While we were there the free sauna was broken so we could not use it. We also got charged for using the movie stations which you could not watch as the film kept skipping and was not as advertised |

The hotel is very centrally located to both old and new cities. The staff was extremely friendly especially Lenka. The breakfast was sumptuous. I loved the location. All the sites were easily accessible without a tram. Upon request, they even booked me into a tour to visit Czchesky Krumlov in Bohemia. It is a new hotel and the decor was quite nice. The bathrooms were very clean and well lit. We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We had the breakfast order list to hang out of the door on the first day. But for the rest of the days we had to call reception to get the order list. It would be nice if the hotel could provide a new list each day. The pillows were too soft to sleep on. |

No way to have only a cup of coffee.Bathtub inaccessible even for healthy people(tub hi, no grab bars, no nonskid mat),Bldng entry steps no hand rail,Need second pillow and plain bed sheet. |

The hotel is very well located, close to the center of the old town. The design is very nice and it has all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay The staff was very rude when asking them to help with a taxi. Instead of explaining that they can only book their own transfer and the policy is that for ordinary taxis a customer has to call himself, they just pointed out rudely and in a very angry tone that I must make the call myself. The bathroom tub was not well isolated so every shower turned into a flood. But overall, the hotel is great! |

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms were cleaned to perfection each day. The rooms were very spacious and nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |
