Breakfast was great. Organisation of concert tickets worked out well Initially we did not get the typ of room that we have ordered, it took quite some complaint and discussion to get the right one. After the initial room problem the service was ok. |

The location is very good - right in front of the main railway station with airport buses. Walking distance to the historical center. Rooms are very small and basic. Breakfast below average. |

Close location to Prague's railway station, fine breakfast, very nice hotel design, spacious rooms, very nice bathrooms with nice shampoo and liquid soaps. In the room which I stayed, there was this loud, but short noise from the Air-con but it wasn't such a big deal. |

The room was very spacious, relatively modern and very clean The staff was quite rude. I initially thought it was their english that made them sound rude but it was not. We booked a double room but ended up with two single mattresses which kept spliting apart |

Our room was very nice, being a good size, clean, contemporary, and had some nice amenities such as a minibar refrigerator, closet lock-box for storing our passports, wi-fi, and a very nice bathroom. The hotel also has a great waiting area with a bar connected, a small exercise room, and sauna for use. The breakfast buffet was extensive and nice dining rooms made for fine morning meals. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very close to the main central train station, and a short walk from many of the great areas to visit in Prague. It's not in the prettiest location, being a few blocks from the touristy areas, but this is also an advantage as it's close to transportation, but not noisy or overrun with people and tourists. Definitely easy to get around from here as it was a central location and very accessible to many of Prague's attractions. Overall was a good value. |

Very convenient to city transportation, and to the center city activities. The hotel staff was friendly and always helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean, the furniture comfortable. Fitness facilities were good. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would have liked having facecloths provided in the bathroom. |

Hotel is well located, rooms are nice and originally decorated. They debited my credit card on reservation not just for a reservation fee but for the whole amount of the stay. This is absolutely unacceptable. When I spoke to the reception about this, she pretended to speak only very poor English, though I heard her speak fluently afterwards. This must be some policy at this hotel. One of the three days I stayed in the hotel, my bed was not made. Staff in general were not at all nice. |

I liked its closeness to the trainstation,...a small 2 min walk got me to the main Railway station.. Its located in a semi-deserted street off of Wesclances square, with a huge park next to it. so i wouldnt quote recommend it for solo travellers as i didn't feel too safe stepping out alone at night. |

-it is the perfect location for sightseeing the beautiful Prague; the facilities as fitness room and sauna were very relaxing and useful; the staff was kind, friendly and helpful; it is a good value for money -the walls of the rooms were probably too thin and the level of exterior noise (from the corridory) was pretty high and disturbing especially during night times; the juices from the breakfast were of low quality; the parking space was pretty small and quite expensive |

The staff are not too enthusiastic in helping us during our stay. Breakfast was ok and the location is accessible. My friend and I tended to sleep late and skipped the breakfast session to continue our sleep. However, the cleaner didn't check if we had left and just opened the room door to clean the room. This woke us up in two consecutive days. |

The room was very clean and big! Breakfast had a lot of hot food, including desserts and was very good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel had everything: sauna, workout room, resturaunt/bar. The beds were ok, not the softest, but I am not picky. |
