Cleanliness , quiet location. City police were prompt in moving on the drunks in the park between the hotel and the nearby rail station.

Hotel is perfect!

It's a great hotel, basicly I like everything there. For that price I don't think one could find a better, highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was superb! Huge selection that was kept well stocked right to the last minute. Helpful front desk staff and a good bar open until late. Convenient to National Opera, National Museum, main train station and the Metro. Good Czech restaurant just across the street.

Superb location for us, as we just overnighted before travelling on via train. The main Prague station is just across the park, so very convenient. Great room, very comfortable and decorated in a contemporary fashion. Excellent breakfast with lots of choice.

Small room

We were only in Prague for one night and were arriving and leaving by train, so the location was perfect. We had a standard double room on the third floor, which was large, clean and comfortable, which a nice modern bathroom. The breakfast the next morning was buffet style and really good value, with plenty of choice.

Our friends paid a bit extra for a Deluxe room, but other than being on the 2nd floor, their room was no different to ours.

Love the location as the hotel is within walking distance to the old town square and winchelas square. As we were there during christmas the Christmas markets all around the area was simply magical. As we are muslims, There are a lot of cafes and restaurants around the hotel including the halal ones that makes it a lot more convenient for us.

There's a stairs with a few steps to get to the hotel lobby and it was very inconvenient as we were had to carry our huge and heavy luggages ourselves up those steps. Traveling with a baby on a stroller, it makes it even more difficult. There is also no assistance from the hotel staff

Multilingual staff, very close to Hlavny Nadrazy (Central Station) which is a must for train travellers.

Towels have not been changed, even if left on the floor...

Perfect location near railway station, solid four stars hotel with good quality service, quite good rooms and breakfast.

I wish I could book it for a lower price but it was worth it, especially just for one night.

Except clean and the buffet Breakfast, I DON'T LIKE this hotel. If you just care about what to eat then you may choose this hotel. But if you concern about the room facilities, pls do seriously think about other hotels.

The room and toilet is too small and didn't provide basic stuffs like slippers... The price doesn't match to what they provide. We will definitely not come back to stay in this hotel in the future. There were no pillows but just small and square cushion instead. We were so shocked. I got allergy when sleeping in the bed... :(

Responsible and nice staff.

The service quality is okay but we have several times that we had difficulities to get a table for breakfast. Too crowded. The location is far away from major sightseeing spots.

It is the most practical address, near all public transportation and sights. The room was spacious and well designed The breakfast was quite good. We would come back without hesitaton.

I would have prefered a room with a bathtub, got a shower beacuses the Hotel was sold out. However it work fine for us.

Location very convenient to central train station. Package including pubic transit pass very helpful. Excellent breakfast buffet. We had a room with no view but I liked the fact that it was so quiet I slept very well. Firm bed which I also liked very much.

Perfect location and very helpfull friendly staff. Just a short bus ride from the train station. Breakfast was very nice.

There was no coffee and tea making facilities in our room 313. They don't seem to do tea and coffee much in European hotel rooms :-/ but we survived.
