Nothing special about this hotel, for the money we paid it was ok but I have stayed in other cheap hotels (***) that were in a much better condition. the staff was very rude and not at all helpful. I have never been treated like this in another hotel. The hotel needs renovation regarding the furniture the hotel in general and staff behaviour |

quiet and safe area, very good price, well connected to the city center (tram nr.22) and to the (bus)station (tram nr. 24), tram station right in front of the hotel a little bit cold in the room |

It was very clean and had a good roomservice every day. The stuff was friendly and helpful. There was quite no reason to complain. Good connection to the city. The parking possibilities weren't as shown on booking.com -> No free possibilty to park at a secured parking area (only about 700meters away; 12euro for one night), but the hotel ist next to a police office, so parking in front of it wasn't that dangerous. |

we liked of the breakfast, friendly staffs, bedroom was very tidy, everyday the staffs was cleaning the bedroom, very good hotel yes, if the hotel was internet work would be better, the location of the hotel is not near city center, but have all day train defront the hotel |

clean and good sized room, reasonable price Some of the hotel staff were not so friendly and ask for a higher price than normal for taxi to airport. It is better that you call the AAA taxi yourself. |

This is a good hotel for the money. We asked for 4 beds total for our kids included, and wondered if the room would be too cramped. It was not. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and nutritious. There is no a/c but the windows at night left open provided cool breeze. Considering a good breakfast is included in the price, and the location its not a bad deal. I want to write more good things ..... fantastic location !!! Highly recommend this based on the location. You can take Tram # 22 and #23 and do all your sighseeing if you are there for that purpose. Both trams stop just outside the hotel. Very quiet and decent place. This is in Kubanske Namesti (last stop)some 6 stops from I.P.Pavlova metro station on tram #22 or 23 in Prague city's c Red Metro. |

Voor mij ws het gunstig gelegen en de service was voldoende. Ontbijt matig. Het hotel wordt aangeboden mét tv op de kamer, die staat er ook wel maar geen beeld (problemen met digitaal/analoog). |

Good location - just 15 minutes by tram to the center. No private parking although it is presented at the hotel's description - so it is lie!! We saw an alive cockroach running between dishes of smorgasbord at a breakfast - so it's antisanitariness! We told about it to a girl from the staff - she answered us that yes, it is not good :) At all the hotel looks like very old Soviet hotel which absolutely has not changed from the Communist time. |

El precio y la ubicacion ya que dispone de parada de tranvia en frente. La habitacion era espaciosa pero el baño muy pequeño en compensacion el agua caliente una maravilla. Las camas un trozo de madera con un mini colchon encima (si te gusta dormir sobre algo rigido perfecto) y la ropa de cama insuficiente pasamos frio |

Bij aankomst bleek dat de reservering "niet te vinden was". We lieten de kopie van de booking zien, die we meegenomen hadden. We kregen zonder probleem een drie-persoonskamer met bad aangeboden voor dezelfde prijs!!! Geboekt was voor twee-persoons met douche. |

Curatenia in camera in fiecare zi, micul dejun variat. Ferestrele necesita reparatii, camera de servire a mesei nu era corespunzator incalzita, parcarea sa fie pazita si nu sa fii intampinat cu o hartie care te avertizeaza ca masina ta nu e in siguranta in parcarea din fata hotelului |

Najviac sa mi páčila pani na recepcii - Markétka, ktorá bola milá, ochotná a poskytla veľké množstvo užitočných informácií. Má skutočne profesionálny prístup. Našli sme plno vlasov v posteli, ktoré samozrejme neboli naše.. |

La proximité d'avec les transports en commun de Prague. Les fait que l'accueil soit ouvert 24/24. Un personnel agréable et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner en self service. La chaleur dans les chambres bien que le chauffage soit éteint. |

at sengen (briksen) blev udskiftet efter klage at håndklæder blev udskiftet efter klage at åbne restauranten da den pr 3-4 kun er åben for morgenmad at sørge for der er morgenbrød til alle og skifte briksene ud og prøve at bruge en støvsuger og gøre bare lidt rent (har taget billeder af hvordan vi kunne skrive i støvet overalt |
