Very welcoming hotel with a friendly and trusting atmosphere. The lift only vent to 5th floor and not all the way to the top floor (where we stayed)

The location of the hotel is central but it's also in a very quiet area. Breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful (even if not always skilled) The carpet in the room: it isn't a healthy choice. Moreover the one on our floor was dirty and in very poor condition.

Great location, everything in walking distance. Great staff and services. Breakfast offer was very satisfactory, great selection of dishes. The extra services in the reception were also very nice (free coffee and water all day). And free internet acess everywhere in the hotel, rooms and public areas as well.

The hotel is in an excellent location directly across from a beautiful church and five mintues from the Old Town Square in Prague. The hotel is modern and artistic and has many comforts, an excellent breakfast buffet including many options cooked to order, a comfortable lounge and library, free internet, and a very friendly, helpful staff. Our room, which faced the street, was a little noisy at times from celebrating tourists in the wee hours of the morning, but with ear plugs it didn't bother me.

The hotel was the best 4 star my wife and I have ever stayed in. The room was always clean, the breakfast always great and the staff made the stay even better. The hotel is on a little, quite square in the historical centre of prague making getting around extremely easy. If you want to enjoy this beatiful city in style, stay at the Maximilian.

The hotel facilities are very good. It is very well located,in a very pleasant and quiet place, close to the center of the city and the subway. The rooms are very nice and tidy. The continental breakfast is excelent and complete.

The location is excellent!! Stuff is extremily friendly and eager to help. We had a standard room on the second floor, quite spacious, clean and new. No bidet in the bathroom! Hair dryer is very inconvinient to use, and they don't have any other hairdryer for substitution.

Very comfortable room with own temperature setting - which seems to be a problem in Prague. Friendly reception and staff. Very good breakfast. Coffee/Tea available all day at the Honesty Bar. Very close to most of the attractions.

Being a regular hotel guest I must say this hotel was excellent. Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast (which is always v important on city breaks), really trendy and had excellent free internet and printing. Will definitely stay here again No problems for once, even had goldfish for the rooms :)

Simply put an all around amazing hotel!!! Kind and courteous staff that never hesitated to go above and beyond. Location couldn't be better! Between walking and Public Transportation (which was a 3min walk from the hotel), I was able to get anywhere I wanted in the city with ease. Stellar facilities..the comfiest bed and best included breakfast I've seen in all my travels. a 7 star hotel for the price of a 3...can't beat it!
