Great location for a good value of money. Would recommend to all

The location was quite central, although not as central as made out by the maps on the website.

We had an apartment for 10 people, although there were only 6 of us. I would have been quite upset had I bought 10 people along, as the sleeping arrangements would have been very tight. The apartments could do with a lick of paint, and need some tlc. E.g, there is no bracket to keep the shower head on the wall, you must hold it, also one of the doors leading onto the terrace wouldn't lock nicely. We were also asked for a €100 security deposit once we arrived - this was never mentioned in any of my correspondence with bookings.com

Stayed in the 12 bed apartment (room 617) which was very spacious. The apartment had four very large bedrooms with three beds in each (a mixture of double and single beds). Also had two separate toilets and a third bathroom with the shower. Great patio area at the rear of the apartment and a well stocked kitchen with a cooker, fridge and freezer etc. Apartment is fantastically located and is next door to a marks and spencer (handy for purchasing food) and a starbucks coffee shop the opposite side for that morning coffee. Throughout the square there are bars, clubs and shops to cater for all your needs. Even though the square can get busy no noise can be heard in the apartment. Overall, fantastic apartment and very well located!

Very good location. Easy access to Metro and main train station. Staff were very helpful. Made arrangement for shuttle from airport with very competitive rate. They also booked tours for us which ended just across the street from the apartment. Overall we were glad that we chose to stay at this aparment.

The cleaning lady who approached us in the hallway to remind us to give her 'money' before we check out which we felt was inappropriate. We are frequent travellers, it is the norm for us to leave tips for the cleaning staff and do not need to be reminded of it.

The hotel's location is perfect within easy walking distance of the Old Town and its many attractions and the staff was helpful and friendly. The 20-euro parking fee was a bit on the expensive side but is well worth the money given the parking situation in Prague. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and warm in the winer, although it needs a paint job.

Excellent value for money and location. Basic but good. Reception staff are fantastic!

Shower not fitted to the wall - hand held only Curtains need to be replaced to cover the whole window!

Great location (centre of Prague) for a great price. The 4 bedrooms were spacious for my group (10 persons). Large terrace. Kitchen was well equipped.

1 bathroom for 10 (or even 12) persons is not enough. Personnel was not very friendly, but maybe that is the czech nature.

Location good. Staff helpful, especially after our complaints about the description of the apartment.

The images in the booking site did not correspond to the actual apartment. The images are a random collection from various apartments.The number of bedrooms specified does not refer to individual rooms but to bed spaces, e.g. a double bed in the sitting room is referred to as both a bedroom and a sitting room. A balcony may be specified but may not exist. A specified guest toilet may not exist. I suggest contacting the apartments directly to ask which actual apartment you are getting, as they are all different.

The apartment is not clean. The tower, bed sheet are not clean. You can hear noisy from outside. The apartment is big enough for for five people.
